I understand that the Amazon policy is to allow me the cost of return postage ($**). The vendor will not admit to the defect in the product and it is inferior to the product description. Vendor says I can return it but will not respond to the question of refunding return postage. I am asking for a refund of $**.** which is cost and return postage. Thank you, David Zip
