I purchased and received the Front Complete Loaded Strut Spring Assembly Rear Shock Absorber Kit Set for my [redacted] BMW 328i Convertible, order number [redacted][redacted], ahead of schedule on 5/15/19. After installation on 5/30/19, I noticed a missing passenger rear shock bolt and bushing causing loud noises while driving. The installer suspects defective shock threads and will confirm upon replacement. I urgently need a replacement shock and associated parts to address this issue promptly. Due to the problem, my administrative work has been affected as I can't drive my car, resulting in inconvenience for my assistant who is driving me around in the meantime. I placed an order that is being shipped via UPS ground to [redacted] MacDonald Road, Norfolk, Virginia [redacted], initially scheduled for delivery on the 18th but now on the 17th. After reviewing the details, I noticed that the address provided is incorrect as there is no [redacted] MacDonald Road. The correct address should be [redacted] MacDonald Road, a street with only 30 houses. It is crucial that this item is delivered on time as I need it before leaving for vacation on Saturday the 20th. Despite contacting UPS multiple times to correct the address, they are unable to do so due to a restriction on the package. I have tried to reach out through email on eBay as well. Please contact me at [redacted] as soon as possible since I am unable to make the necessary changes from my end, and there seems to be no direct phone number available for me to call to resolve this issue.

I have sent four emails regarding a shipping issue to send my package to Dodge City, KS instead of Las Cruces, NM. I have not received any response, and there is no phone number provided. The UPS tracking number indicates the package is still in Gardner, KS. I request the package be redirected to Dodge City, KS as per my emails. I am frustrated with the lack of response and customer service. This experience has made me reconsider future purchases on eBay.

I recently sent an email regarding the part I ordered with item number [redacted]32 and reference number ID #AMORD[redacted]6. I attempted to reply via phone but was unsure if it went through, so I used the contact form as well. I wish to clarify that I still want the part; I mistakenly used the wrong card instead of PayPal. The payment has been made and I noticed it's on its way. I only ordered one rear lamp. Unless it's incorrect, which I doubt as I have made purchases from your company before, I won't return it. I find it incredibly strange that there isn't a customer service phone number provided. I recently sent back an item I purchased for $[redacted].00 three weeks ago. The package was unopened, and I was informed that I would get a refund within 5 business days of you receiving it. However, I haven't received any money back yet. Since I had to pay $63 for shipping, the remaining amount to be refunded is $[redacted].00. As a result of this situation, I have decided not to make any future purchases from your website. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received, and if I am not refunded soon, I will have to take legal action.

I am disappointed with the delay in my order from AM Auto Parts. I have previously had a great experience with their service, so I was hoping for a similar outcome with this purchase. The parts were supposed to be in stock and ready to ship the same day, but to my dismay, they have not been shipped yet. I placed an order for a part on December 4th, and it was supposed to be delivered within two days. However, it's now December 10th, and I still haven't received the package. I've been trying to contact AM Auto Parts, but I couldn't find any contact number. I sent them two emails today, on the 19th of December, but I haven't gotten a response. I'm concerned about the part I paid for and when it will be delivered. This will be the last time I order from this company for auto parts. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and the inability to call the vendor for assistance.

Hello, I am Russ Gonzales. On 06/04/[redacted], I purchased and installed the multi-function turn signal switch assembly from your company. Unfortunately, it has now stopped working correctly, only activating the high beam headlights and not the low beams. I have already checked and confirmed that the low beam headlight bulbs are in good condition. I have attached a snapshot of the order information with the order number, tracking number, and billing number for your reference. Could you please provide me with details on how to receive a replacement turn signal switch from your company's warranty department? I kindly request the replacement switch before returning the faulty one, as without a switch, I have no turn signals, windshield wipers, or headlights other than high beams. Regarding order ID: [redacted]-[redacted] for the Halogen Headlight Lamps Set, I faced an issue returning both boxes as instructed. I received a slip for one box only and visited UPS to initiate the return. UPS could only process one box with the provided slip and tracking number, requiring a separate slip and tracking number for the second box, which resulted in an additional charge. Consequently, I returned the left Halogen Headlight box under Tracking# 1ZR13VR[redacted]7. I seek a separate slip and different tracking number for the right Halogen Headlight box. I am requesting a refund for the purchase price of a [redacted] Audi A6 Quattro 3.2 engine with 4WD totaling $[redacted]. The item was said to be shipped to [redacted] Reading Road, Cincinnati, Ohio [redacted]. However, I have not received any information regarding the date of shipment, a shipping label, or any proof that the part was delivered. The shipment allegedly came from your shipping center in Littleton, MA, with the order being taken in Texas. I did not receive any return number or the name of the order taker. Unfortunately, the receipt disappeared from my computer, making it impossible to obtain the order number or shipment details. After reaching out twice via email, I only received one response stating that it may take some time to resolve. There has been no confirmation of the shipment or delivery date, only a deduction from my account. I have reported this incident as a fraudulent transaction due to the lack of a satisfactory response from the seller. After checking customer service reviews and the Better Business Bureau ratings, I have become concerned as the responses and complaints are not favorable. I kindly request a refund, as I believe the delivery never took place. Email contact has been attempted twice with no success in receiving a refund.
