I recently ordered upper and lower rear control arms for my [redacted] Chevy Trailblazer. However, I received a window regulator for a different vehicle and a packing slip with someone else's name and address in Palm Coast, Florida. My vehicle is currently on jack stands, and I urgently need the correct parts. I rely on friends for transportation, so this mix-up has been a significant inconvenience. I am disappointed with the service and will likely not purchase from your company in the future. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue as I cannot wait another 5 to 7 days for UPS shipping. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I received my order yesterday with the reference number AMORD[redacted]3. However, the part numbers do not match what is listed on the website. I am concerned whether I got the correct parts for my [redacted] GMC Envoy XL. The upper and lower ball joints should have been pre-greased without a grease fitting, but the items I received do not match the website's description. I recently ordered a pair of front CV Axle shafts for my [redacted] Nissan Armada V-8, but unfortunately, I received the wrong parts. It appears that I received front CV Axle shafts for a Nissan Frontier instead. I believe the item number for the correct part I need is 60-[redacted]. At this point, I only need the passenger side. I have been trying to resolve this issue since last Thursday with little success. I would like to have this matter resolved as soon as possible. If you have the correct CV Axle shaft for the [redacted] Nissan Armada passenger side, I would like to arrange to have it shipped to me. Additionally, I also need a [redacted] Nissan Pathfinder Armada front upper control arm with ball joint for the driver's side. Hello, I am looking for assistance regarding the Quick struts I ordered for a [redacted] Yukon XL with an air ride system. I purchased these struts from you with the expectation that they would be compatible. I was under the impression that they would come with a relay or sensor to prevent a warning light from coming on. The vehicle currently has an air pump and air shocks in the rear, but I only need to replace the front struts. I have the SUV on my hoist now and would appreciate some guidance. I ordered conversion struts for a [redacted] Yukon XL. When I received the package and opened it to install them, I noticed both sensors were missing two bolts and nuts for the lower part of the struts. I contacted AM Auto Parts, and they apologized, stating they would refund my money or attempt to find the missing parts within 2 to 3 business days. They also mentioned providing a shipping label for the return of the parts. However, it has been over a week, and I have yet to receive any updates from them. I believe it's time for me to request a shipping label to return the parts and obtain a refund as promised. They provided me with reference number AMORDO[redacted].

I recently purchased rotors and pads from your store. Lately, I've been experiencing a minor issue with brake shuddering that seems to disappear once they warm up. However, when driving cold, the brakes shudder intensely, making it nearly impossible to continue driving. Interestingly, the problem seems less severe in rainy conditions but becomes unbearable otherwise. I noticed that after just 3 miles, the shuddering begins again. Yesterday, I had to embark on a [redacted]-mile journey to pick something up, and after only 50 miles, the shuddering problem reappeared.

I recently installed part no. (1AFPU00287), the fuel pump and sending unit module, on my [redacted] Dodge Ram [redacted] 5.9 liter. After installation, the sending unit works, but the pump sounds incredibly loud. It's very annoying and all I can hear. I would like to return this defective fuel pump assembly and buy a different, more expensive one from your company to resolve this issue. I hope that the replacement pump will not be as noisy, and I'm seeking a full refund for the faulty pump. I recently purchased brake pads and rotors from your shop. While driving down a mountain pass during a cross-country trip, I noticed the brakes started to smoke. This situation is unacceptable, and I will have to have the parts replaced, incurring additional costs for labor and parts. The parts have only been used for less than [redacted] miles, mainly on this trip from Whitefish, MT to Park City, UT. I attempted to contact you by phone but was unable to find a number. My father mistakenly ordered the wrong type of tire pressure sensors for our [redacted] Honda Odyssey, not realizing he needed the "Touring" style variant. After the sensors were mounted by the tire shop, the incorrect type was discovered. I placed an order with am-autoparts on Wednesday evening, and it was shipped out on Thursday. I opted for UPS 2nd Day Air to receive it before next week. However, my tracking information indicates delivery on Monday. After reaching out via email, their response explained that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. I am disappointed as I specifically selected UPS 2nd Day Air for Saturday delivery, per UPS's policy mentioned on their website. My frustration stems from relying on am-autoparts for their shipping service, only to encounter this limitation. Their website does not mention the lack of Saturday delivery, adding to my frustration.

I am facing various issues regarding parts compatibility for my [redacted] Mercury Park Lane. I mistakenly ordered a fuel sending unit for a 63 Ford Galaxy, which seems similar but isn't listed for my Mercury model. I now require a right-side exhaust manifold for a [redacted] engine in my Mercury and wonder if the Galaxy's manifold could work for my car too. I purchased an axle for a [redacted] Volvo S40 t5 manual and installed it on Thursday. This morning, I discovered a transmission fluid leak. Upon inspection by a dealer, it was determined that the axle I bought was incorrect as it was shorter than the original. Now my car is inoperable, stranding me. Regarding order # [redacted]-5-1-44 and part # 1AWHC00052 for Wheel Center Caps, I purchased 4 caps for my [redacted] Chevy [redacted] on 02/01/19. Unfortunately, the caps sent were the latest version and I need the earlier version for my factory wheels. The front of the caps matches, but the back is different. I would like to return these 4 unused, undamaged caps in their original boxes for a refund. I received all the wrong parts and have been trying to return the brake pads and rotors for over a week without success. I need help resolving this issue and getting a refund on my bank card. I had to have someone else get the correct parts for me, so I don't need these extras. I am 74 years old and really don't need this hassle. On April 22, I purchased a front and rear brake kit for a [redacted] Toyota Highlander. The front and rear pads and rotors I wanted were out of stock, so I ordered the rear pads and rotors and front pads and rotors separately for a total of approximately $[redacted]. On April 24, I received one UPS box, but it only contained one set of brake pads and rotors. I am unsure if these parts are for the front or rear brakes. I know I am missing one set of rotors and pads, and what I received is not the complete order of one rear brake kit and one front brake kit I had requested. My AM Auto Parts order number is AMFOQSD22M. When I tried to return the shipment through their website, I was instructed to ship back the 30-pound box I received with the incorrect order. I believe this request is unreasonable. I would like AM Auto Parts to send me the correct parts promptly or issue a full refund so I can proceed with my vehicle repairs. I have been a loyal customer of AM Auto Parts for five years and I am disappointed by this error. I am willing to provide any necessary documentation to resolve this matter quickly.
