I placed an order for two pictures on 7/27/18 and got them today, 8/1/18. However, one of the prints is incorrect. I ordered "Women Working at Sewing Machines in Factory in Leicester, England, [redacted]", size 16x16 for $11.99, order number [redacted]. The incorrect print I received is a watercolor comic book character. I need this sorted quickly as it was meant to be a birthday gift this weekend. Can it be sent with Express shipping to arrive by Friday/Saturday? Despite this hiccup, I still appreciate the usual great service from all posters. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently received my order of three "10x20" prints and am pleased with two of them, "Cat & The Moon II" and "Coffee," which fill the entire print/frame as expected. However, the third print, "From the Cellar II," is significantly smaller at 6x15, leaving a large white border around the art. This miscalculation results in less than 50% of the print's area being artwork. The website did not clearly indicate that there would be such a discrepancy. I am disappointed with this oversight. I would appreciate guidance on how to address this issue. Thank you, John T. Crow.

I contacted customer service two hours ago to cancel an order I placed yesterday due to confusion over print or canvas for my art. I wanted them on canvas but received them with acrylic instead. The person I spoke with this morning informed me they were prints because canvas framing was not available. She promised to cancel the order within 10 minutes, but I have yet to receive verification that it was canceled. I do not want prints, so please ensure the order is canceled as soon as possible. I was not provided an order number, but the representative was able to locate my order. Please confirm the cancellation. Thank you.

I am Fred Draper and I recently received a product from you that I am extremely disappointed with. The framed poster of Andrés Segovia that I ordered was of much lower quality compared to a previous order I made several years ago. The previous one had real stringing across the back, plexiglass, and a clearly wooden frame. However, the recent item lacked these features. It had a cheap attachment at the top, no plexiglass, and the frame material was unclear but definitely not wood as advertised. I am very let down by this purchase as I truly loved your previous product and wanted to buy another for myself and a guitar student. I would appreciate it if you could contact me at [redacted] to discuss how we can resolve this issue and possibly obtain the previous quality product for both myself and my student.
