I have been unsuccessful in reaching out for assistance. My 9-year-old daughter traveled with her father, Andy Minch, from Destin/Ft. Walton to Cincinnati last weekend. They were scheduled to arrive on Friday, August 6th at 6 pm, but their flight was delayed, landing around 2 am on Saturday, August 7th. Upon arrival, they went to baggage claim, and despite waiting, her luggage did not arrive. They reported it to the airline and provided an overnight address. Despite assurances from a customer service representative, we have not received any updates. When Andy flew back to Destin on Monday, he checked again, but the bag was still missing. Numerous attempts to contact the airline have gone unanswered. The lost luggage contains recently purchased items, including customized American Girl dolls, adding up to a significant financial loss and inconvenience. On July 12th, I was scheduled to depart from Las Vegas at 11:43 pm. Unfortunately, the flight experienced multiple delays, and after being informed that it wouldn't depart until the next day around 1 something in the morning, we had to retrieve our luggage. Despite being prepared to leave the following day as indicated, we didn't actually depart until around 5:30 am. My main issue concerns the fact that other passengers received $[redacted] for the inconvenience, while I, possibly the oldest person at nearly 80, received no compensation or even an apology. I kindly request $[redacted] to be sent to me. My flight number was 426TYS, and my confirmation number was 9XJ7B7. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen medical circumstances, my wife, M, and I were unable to take our scheduled flights from Tucson to Provo on 6/24/21. I was admitted to Banner University Hospital in Tucson for pneumonia on the same day. After spending two nights in the hospital and being discharged on 6/26/21, I was advised to have bed rest. We kindly request a refund or credit for our flights under Confirmation # B9HL7Q for flight 6:43. I reached out to '[redacted]' on 7/26/21 and followed up on 7/30/21 but have yet to receive a response. I am willing to provide my medical records to support this claim. My spouse and I had reservations for the following flights: Tucson – Provo departing on 6/24/21, returning to Tucson on 6/27/21. Confirmation # B9HL7Q Flight # 6:43 Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency and was admitted to Banner University Hospital in Tucson on the day of our flight to Provo. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and had to stay in the hospital on 6/24/21 & 6/25/21, only being discharged on 6/26/21. The doctor advised me to have bed rest. I am willing to provide my medical records from the hospital stay if necessary. Due to the circumstances, my spouse, M, understandably did not travel either. We kindly request a refund or credit for the flights mentioned above. Thank you.

Upon arriving at the gate an hour early with my partner and service dog, we were denied check-in and boarding. The agents' treatment of me, as a person with disabilities, left me shocked and disappointed. Despite my request for assistance, they were unhelpful and demanded I purchase a ticket for a flight a week later, even though boarding hadn't commenced. When seeking a refund, they declined and refused to provide written confirmation of denying my check-in. Feeling unsafe, I recorded the agents' behaviors and asked to speak to a manager, who also refused to assist, giving me a number to call instead. I possess a 10-minute video capturing the disrespectful conduct of Allegiant staff, particularly towards a disabled woman of color. I am seeking a full refund for enduring a two-day stranded situation before returning home.

I am Christina Hoeme and I am currently encountering an issue checking into my room at New York New York hotel. The reservation is under my husband's name, Travis Hoeme, and not under mine, even though I am the primary on the Allegiant app. As my husband did not make the flight, I am unable to check in as the room is registered under his name. The mobile app check-in recommended by the staff is not functioning because it is now past midnight on 8/23. I was advised to contact Allegiant, the third-party provider, to have my name listed as the primary for hotel check-in. Please, I need assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I had a terrible experience with this airline today at the Las Vegas location. I fly with them regularly and have never faced such mistreatment before. This morning at the ticket counter, I was yelled at, demeaned, and made to cry. I usually bring my personal item carry-on and medical bag without any issues and pay the $25 fee for my carry-on. However, this time, I needed a wheelchair after being released by my doctor following cancer surgery. When I checked in at the counter, they classified my personal item as a carry-on and insisted I pay $50 for a checked bag. I explained my situation, but the lady at the counter was unsympathetic and threatened to discard my personal item if I didn't pay. I was deeply saddened and embarrassed by this treatment after being through so much.

I have previously reached out to your customer relations email multiple times in August regarding my recent experience with Allegiant Air. I, along with my two daughters, encountered significant issues while returning from our trip to Baltimore BWC on August 8th after our Allegiant flight [redacted] was cancelled. We ended up purchasing last-minute tickets with Delta for $1,[redacted].15, which was three times the cost of our original Allegiant fare. Despite being assured assistance, we were left to sort out our return journey on our own, incurring additional expenses and inconvenience. While I have received some compensation from Allegiant, there seems to be a discrepancy in the amount refunded. I received information to contact the call center for a refund of baggage charges for a recent trip due to the Allegiant Honors program. When my wife and I booked our tickets online, we paid for checked bags and carry-on items. At the terminal, when I showed my military ID, an Allegiant representative mentioned the Honors program and the possibility of a refund. I am having trouble accessing the emails with my flight details, but our return flight from Orlando/Sanford (SFB) to Portsmouth NH (PSM) had the confirmation number BB9D69. Unfortunately, I cannot access our passes for the flight back to Sanford from Portsmouth. The departure from PSM on August 5th was at 10:41 AM, arriving at SFB around 1:40 PM (though there was a delay, so the actual arrival was closer to 2:30 PM). The return flight departed SFB at 6:15 PM on flight #[redacted], with confirmation number BB9D69, arriving around 9:30 PM. The passengers were Jack Baker (military member) and Helen Baker (spouse). I had a reservation for a flight out of Asheville, NC at 7:37 PM last night. I arrived at the airport three hours early, but the screen changed the time to 7:50 PM due to a short delay. My employee and another passenger and I got to the gate at 7:30 PM. Upon arrival, we were told that it was a screen glitch and not the airline's responsibility. None of the screens would board us at 7:30 PM, so we had to rebook the flight for Punta Gorda Ft. Myers at 7 AM this morning. We had to stay in a hotel and find transportation to St. Pete to pick up our car, incurring additional expenses and lost wages. As loyal customers from Hawleymotors in Sarasota, we believe a full refund for our hotel and transportation from Punta Gorda to St. Pete would be fair. Thank you in advance. My family and I recently traveled to Pensacola Beach, Florida via Destin on flight [redacted] with confirmation number 9Z4SZH. We encountered a canceled return flight, leading to significant inconvenience, especially for my 88-year-old father. I encountered an issue when trying to provide feedback through the "Reply" option on your site. During my recent travels on September 12 and 21, I was surprised by being charged for an additional carry-on at the bag check-in. Having flown with Allegiant many times, I have never faced this situation before. The two bags I carried could easily fit under the seat in front of me without using the overhead storage. The attendants informed me that this additional fee was standard, which contradicted my previous experiences. I believe I am owed compensation for this inconvenience. I was assured a refund of $[redacted] for a flight, which I have not yet received. I got a text from Paynuver regarding the refund and chose the option for an electronic refund on September 22nd. Despite several emails and phone calls to customer service, my refund has not been processed. I am now requesting a refund in the form of a paper check due to Paynuver's failure to transfer the funds to my account. This situation is unacceptable, and I hope to have it resolved promptly. I encountered a situation regarding my flight booking from LAX to Billings on 7/12/21. After realizing my granddaughter could come with me, I attempted to add her ticket online unsuccessfully. Following a nearly 4-hour phone call with customer service on July 1, I had to purchase separate tickets for both of us. Additionally, due to the unaccompanied minor policy, I had to book flights for her mother as well. Unfortunately, I could not modify my original reservation to include my granddaughter. Despite documenting everything with the ticket agent on 7/12/21, I seek a full refund for the inconvenience. Regarding another issue, upon unpacking my suitcase, I discovered my new Macy's bras were missing. Despite suspicions, I confirmed I had packed them. I have kept the luggage tag (BIL G4 [redacted][redacted]) as proof, with my granddaughter's name on it. I kindly request $[redacted].99 for the missing bras, supported by the Macy's receipt.

Kathleen G. and Celine B. were unable to use their tickets for the trip scheduled from March 13, [redacted], to March 16, [redacted], due to the virus outbreak. I was assured that if we couldn't utilize these flights, we would receive a refund. However, the person we intended to visit is no longer in Florida. I reached out on Friday, October 1, and spoke with a lady who initially seemed helpful, but upon further investigation, I realized she had misled me. She mentioned that Paynuver would contact me via email or text, with a suggestion to even check spam folders. I later discovered that Paynuver is associated with fraudulent activities. This experience has left me questioning Allegiant's practices. I hope to receive a refund of $[redacted].00 payable to Kathleen A. Grogg promptly, or I will have to raise awareness about the real nature of Allegiant among my acquaintances.

My luggage ended up in Punta Gorda instead of St Pete/Clearwater where my flight landed. I'm eagerly waiting for its delivery at [redacted] Avenue C, Holmes Beach, FL [redacted]. The delivery person left a message saying I had to call a number, or the luggage would go back to the airport. Fortunately, he returned after I called. It was a frustrating experience as I had to buy clothes and toiletries while waiting. I made a reservation with Allegiant using confirmation number BGXL94. My credit card flagged the transaction as fraudulent, so I assumed the reservation was canceled. I then rebooked with confirmation number BGXSVD, which was accepted by my credit card. After contacting my credit card company, I learned the first transaction was now approved as well. I now have two reservations for the same dates and destination. I need to cancel reservation BGXL94 and have the $[redacted].96 credited back to my card. I will retain reservation BGXSVD. Hello, my name is Kyle M. I was on flight #[redacted] on October 17th from New Orleans to Cincinnati at 7:24 PM. After landing, I waited at baggage claim for 40 minutes until I was informed that my luggage did not make it on the flight. I chose to have it shipped to Lexington, Kentucky since I was heading there, and was told it would arrive the next day. When I called the airline the next evening, I waited 3 hours and 35 minutes to speak to an agent who informed me that my bag was in the wrong room in New Orleans. I was asked to contact baggage claim in New Orleans for a tracking number, but despite multiple attempts, I haven't received an answer. This delay has caused me to be without essential items for an important interview I've been preparing for over 6 months. I am extremely disappointed with the poor communication and lack of assistance from Allegiant Air.

Hello, my name is Edgar D. I recently arranged a flight with Allegiant for my 50th Birthday celebration with my family. Unfortunately, I received notice the night before my planned trip that the flight to Palm Springs was canceled. I had also made a $[redacted] Airbnb reservation and a $[redacted] car rental. Although I contacted customer service to inquire about a refund due to the abrupt cancellation, I was informed that Allegiant would not issue one. It has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I spent hours searching for alternative flights, ultimately booking with a different airline at an additional cost of over $1,[redacted]. Instead of a direct flight, we will now have a longer journey. This is particularly challenging for me as I underwent hip replacement surgery a month ago. I had been eagerly anticipating my 50th birthday celebration with my loved ones, and Allegiant's actions have greatly impacted this special occasion. I traveled from Houston Hobby Airport to Lexington Bluegrass Airport on October 10, [redacted]. Upon receiving my luggage, I discovered severe damage. Allegiant employees kindly assisted by taping it up for my return flight. All my luggage was destroyed, with cracked and irreparable shells. I am requesting replacement. I have accompanying photos and would appreciate guidance on where to send them.
