I bought an airline ticket from Allegiant Air. I got the itinerary but when the confirmation came it said error. I could not see the confirmation to print the ticket. *So I tried calling them on about * numbers. There was no answer. A recording came on and said they were very busy and the wait time round be long. So I waited for Sbout ** minutes thinking if they don’t pick up in that time they would not pick up at all. Each number was the same thing. One of the numbers answered and a man said l could not board the plane with the itinerary. So I write you them email and they wrote back and said they would write back later. That didn’t happen. So I paid for the ticket but never received it. Tomorrow I will call the FAA and file a complaint. I will dispute the charge. Because they had in one of their web pages that if l cancel I would get a voucher.
