I flew with Allegiant on November 29 to be with my sister for her double mastectomy on December 4. Recently, I found out she still needs my help as she had a fall and is experiencing pain and nausea from medication. I'm concerned and want to change my return flight to Friday or Saturday instead of the scheduled date of December 24. My confirmation number is 9F42VK. I have a doctor's note, but unsure how to submit it for consideration.

I mistakenly purchased both checked and carry-on luggage for our flight from Phoenix to Springfield. I was unable to navigate your website easily to modify the purchase and was unable to find assistance. Only two out of six passengers in our reservation actually checked their luggage during our trip to Springfield. On our return flight, the same two passengers checked their luggage while the other four carried theirs. I believe I should be refunded for the unused services. I attempted to modify the luggage on the mobile app but encountered issues. Our reservation number is 9GF7V9. The website was challenging to use for someone unfamiliar with it, and there was no available assistance for inquiries. I believe a refund is warranted for the unused luggage services. Thank you.

I flew on Allegiant Flight # [redacted] on 12/16/19 from Phoenix/Mesa AZ airport with Confirmation # 9G6797. Despite only having a "carry-on" bag, I was charged for a "checked-in" bag. The service agent advised me to contact Customer Care, provided me with their phone number, and assured me they would resolve the issue. However, upon calling Customer Care, I was unable to reach anyone as I was kept on hold for an extended period. Since Allegiant does not offer a chat service, I am reaching out here to request a refund for the unnecessary charge for the "checked-in" bag. Thank you, Duane W. Berry.

I called in advance to purchase counter tickets in Cedar Rapids, IA, and was given a time of 9:30-10:15. However, when my son tried to buy the tickets, he was informed that sales wouldn't start until 10:30, making him late for work at 10:00. Additionally, there were issues buying tickets online, resulting in me missing out on the in-person purchase discount. It was inconvenient to go there only to face these challenges. I believe the company should adhere to the specified ticket counter times, as customers like us plan around them and cannot show up at any time. There was also a lack of customer service as the associate was unfriendly.

Allegiant canceled my flight this morning when I arrived at the airport. They refunded me for today's flight, but I had to purchase a ticket for Friday to return home and on Saturday with my granddaughters. Due to being stuck in Florida until Saturday, I believe I should receive a refund for the Friday flight that I won't be able to utilize. I am now in a situation where I need to buy additional clothes and medication for the extended stay. I am also inconvenienced by needing to find lodging and transportation to the airport again. It would have been preferable for Allegiant to offer a later flight today instead of canceling altogether, especially since other airlines only experienced delays.

I am experiencing a baggage problem. I departed from New Orleans on flight [redacted] yesterday evening. The bag in question is numbered [redacted]6. Prior to takeoff, there was an announcement that the luggage couldn't be loaded onto the plane and would be delivered to us the next day. Despite providing my details to the Allegiant desk upon landing, including my address and phone number, I have yet to receive any communication from the airline. As tomorrow is Christmas Eve, the situation is urgent as my essential medication is in the bag. I seek information on the bag's delivery status and Allegiant's plans to assist us due to this significant inconvenience. It's crucial to have our luggage during travel, and I wasn't allowed to disembark upon the announcement. My contact number is [redacted].

My daughter-in-law-to-be is flying back tomorrow on Allegiant Air, Flight #[redacted]. I need to change the name on one baggage to her name, Casey Cardenas. The main baggage was supposed to be checked in by Dylan Wisniewski, but he needs to cancel his flight and reschedule for the 11th or 12th of January due to a job interview. How can I update the baggage claim with her name without incurring any fees? He will use a different bag for his new flight. She will still be departing tomorrow on the 3:06 PM flight.

Hello! I recently made a booking for a flight from Albany to Orlando scheduled for April 5th to the 11th. However, I mistakenly booked the return flight for the 11th instead of the 12th. This is my first time booking a flight, which likely led to this error. I would like to know if there is a way to change the return flight to the 12th without incurring any additional fees. Thank you for your assistance.

I have a flight booked from Fargo to Phoenix/Mesa on Dec. 29, flight [redacted]. Due to the severe weather in Fargo, I am concerned about traveling. Can you please provide details on how flight cancellations are handled? I am located about 90 miles away from Fargo, and the weather conditions are expected to worsen. If the flight is indeed canceled, I would prefer to rebook for Jan. 1. I did not purchase trip flex for this booking, but the weather is the only reason for the change. Kindly advise me on the available options. Additionally, I would appreciate knowing how far in advance travelers are typically notified before the scheduled departure time. Thank you for your assistance.

On December 28, [redacted], I tried to book a flight with Allegiant Air from South Bend, IN to Tampa/St. Pete multiple times today by pressing "Book Flight" 4-5 times, but I have not received any confirmations. I am unsure if I successfully connected with Allegiant Airlines or booked multiple flights unintentionally. I am seeking one round trip flight to Tampa/St. Pete on Wednesday, January 11, returning to South Bend on January 15, [redacted]. Please respond to me as soon as possible.

My flight to Tucson has been delayed by seven hours from the original schedule. I am feeling frustrated with this airline. I am urgently needed at a crucial meeting in Tucson before 5 p.m. today. I am dissatisfied since I have been unable to speak with a representative to understand the reason for the delay. I am seeking information on why my flight from Indiana to Tucson is delayed and also requesting a refund along with a complimentary future flight.

I am reaching out regarding a previous chat with Allegiant Chat Transcript #[redacted]. My family trip planned for 9/23 - 9/30 had to be canceled due to my Father's Stage 4 Lung Cancer diagnosis on 9/10. Sadly, my father passed away on 10/12. Additionally, my partner, Christina Skaar, has experienced pregnancy complications and we had a kitchen fire on 12/17. It has been a challenging few months. We were informed in the previous chat that with documentation from a Doctor or Hospital, we may be eligible for a credit for a future flight. We typically fly Allegiant when traveling from Springfield to Florida and kindly request your understanding and consideration for a flight credit. Thank you for your time. Angie L.

I am attempting to make an online flight booking from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Sanford, Orlando for January 24th to the 27th. My wife has a voucher from a previous negative experience with your airline that she hasn't been able to use. The voucher is set to expire on the 26th, causing an issue when trying to book a flight with a return date on the 27th. It seems like the voucher is just one day off from being usable for this trip. Unfortunately, rescheduling the trip a couple of weeks earlier would not be cost-effective as tickets are more expensive. I plan to contact corporate when they open at 8 am Pacific Time, but if this issue cannot be resolved, we may need to consider alternative airlines in the future. Thank you.

I, Jean Blackwell, purchased tickets for my daughter, Jennifer Burke, and three other passengers, along with her 18-month-old son, who will be sitting on their lap during the flight from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Las Vegas, NV on Monday, June 6. I reside in Kingman, AZ, and will meet them at the Las Vegas airport. I have a question regarding what my daughter and the group will need when they arrive at the Allegiant Counter in Cedar Rapids. I planned on allowing them to check-in and receive their boarding passes at the counter due to having two checked bags and four carry-on bags. I want to ensure they won't encounter any issues at the airport, especially since they will be traveling with a small child. Thank you! Jean Blackwell

I paid to have assigned seats on confirmation number 9G2XL7. The seats I selected are as follows: Amanda O'Dell - 20B, now placed at 3E. Korrine Towle - 20E, now placed at 11A. Caleb O'Dell - 20A, now placed at 11F. Aspyn O'Dell - 20C, now placed at 3D. Parker Towle - 20F, now placed at 3F. These are my two granddaughters with three young children. I specifically chose these seats for them to be together to assist each other with the kids. I do not understand how this was changed without informing me. The wrong children are now seated with the wrong parents, causing a chaotic situation with the children being all under the age of 6. I am very disappointed with Allegeint and may not choose to fly with them again. I request a prompt callback as I have already been on hold for over half an hour. Gail Towle

I require reimbursement for the cab fare as you canceled three of our flights, causing us to ride from Orlando to St Petersburg Clearwater airport via taxi. Our confirmation number was 99SHLP. This situation heavily inconvenienced us as we are KAREN DEMARS and JOSEPH DEMARS, seniors aged 80. The continuous flight cancellations disrupted our journey significantly. Dealing with TSA checks three times, rebooking tickets, waiting in long lines for hours, switching airports, and the subsequent lengthy commute added strain, particularly for my husband, who has heart issues. Flights [redacted] and [redacted] were canceled due to mechanical problems. Additionally, flight [redacted] from St Petersburg to Toledo was affected. Originally, we were meant to fly from Orlando to Flint. The repercussions were exhausting, and the subsequent travel arrangements were challenging and taxing for us.

My husband, Ron, and I flew with Allegiant Airlines for a Christmas visit to our son in Muscatine, Iowa. We departed to Moline, Illinois on December 21 and returned on December 28, and the flight was fantastic. We also have upcoming tickets from Mesa Gateway to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, scheduled for January 13 to January 16. However, a family emergency arose as Ron's brother passed away on January 2, leading us to book one-way tickets to Sioux Falls for the funeral on January 8. Originally, we planned to return on a round trip ticket on January 13 for an essential meeting on the 14th. Now, we are exploring the possibility of staying in Minnesota until after the 14th rather than flying back to Mesa for a short period before heading to Sioux Falls. We are hoping for assistance in adjusting our return flight from the 13th to the 16th to avoid additional expenses due to the situation. Thank you for your understanding.

I am JJ McCarthy (99NZPL) returning home from Orlando to Tulsa. On Jan. 3rd, we attempted to retrieve our boarding passes online, but encountered issues. On Jan. 4th, we tried again before heading to the airport, yet were unsuccessful. Upon arrival, we informed the ticket agent about our situation, but had to pay $10.00 as we couldn't access the boarding passes. During boarding, despite having medical disabilities and using an electric scooter, a male agent instructed me to leave the scooter key in the ignition. The boarding agents seated us in different seats causing some confusion. Upon disembarking, we had to wait for the scooter, and despite the challenges with the key, we eventually managed to leave the gate area. The lack of assistance and miscommunication made me feel neglected and stranded. The experience was disappointing, and I felt the customer service was inadequate. JJ McCarthy

I recently reserved a flight on the Allegiant app from Fort Wayne, Indiana to Sarasota, Florida departing on February 20 and returning on February 27. During the booking process, I selected a flight, seat, and luggage options, and provided my contact and billing details. However, after trying to finalize my booking, I encountered an error message prompting me to check my email for a confirmation number or contact Allegiant. Despite checking my email, I have not received a confirmation for the flight. When I access the app on my phone, it directs me to the "book flight" page, and navigating away from it leads to a prompt to cancel the booking. While I believe my information was submitted, I am uncertain about the status of my reservation and would like to ensure I do not lose the flight. It seems there may be technical difficulties with the website as well. Thank you.
