On April 7, [redacted], I had a flight booked with Allegiant from GTF to AZA with Tripflex. Two weeks before our flight, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and surgery was scheduled for April 2, [redacted]. When I called Allegiant, a pleasant gentleman assured me that we had until January 26, [redacted], to use our tickets and mentioned the possibility of an extension. I am reaching out to request an extension of our flight to April 9, [redacted], due to travel insurance matters that require a year post-surgery. We are loyal Allegiant customers and typically fly to Mesa or Las Vegas annually, appreciating your service. Our names are Dick and Evelyn Robertson, and we have a voucher number of CR[redacted]6. You can reach us at [redacted], located in Raymond, Alberta, Canada, although we depart from Great Falls, Montana.

I am having trouble updating my profile due to incorrect information being displayed. Despite trying to contact customer service, I have not been able to resolve the issue. My late mother's details are mistakenly listed in the traveler info section. She passed away years ago and never used a computer. I suspect her information may have been added when she planned a trip with family. I have attempted to create a new profile, but it's linked to the old one, preventing me from doing so. Allegiant mentioned that the app is not their responsibility, and I am unsure of who to contact for help. I have been facing this issue for years and need to update the inaccurate name, address, and phone number. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I would like to speak with a supervisor regarding an expired voucher that has left me feeling extremely upset. I invested a significant amount of money on the ticket and insurance, thinking I had a year from the ticket date to use it, only to now be informed that it's based on the booking date. I believe that given the insurance purchase, a refund option should have been available. I anticipated a year to utilize the voucher, but now I am faced with this disappointing news. This is not the first instance where Allegiant has caused me such inconvenience. Previously, during a hurricane situation, I had to purchase another flight when a flight was canceled, and I did not receive a refund or voucher. This recent situation involves my disabled Veteran husband's canceled flight due to health reasons. It seems that the company's priorities lie in profit rather than customer care. My frustration is evident and I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter.

During our recent round trip, my wife and I were charged $25 each way for a carry-on we didn't take. We tried to contact customer service ahead of our flight but were on hold for over an hour. At check-in, the Allegiant ticket agent noted it, advising us to follow up for a refund. We've since tried calling customer service but were left on hold without assistance. We are seeking a refund for the unutilized baggage fees and appreciate your help.

I made a round trip flight booking few months back. Due to my husband's heart catherization, I had to change the departure date and used my trip flex. Following his emergency stent procedure, we are unable to travel, especially by air. We frequently fly between Fla-Pa on Allegiant every couple of months for the past year. Allegiant has been our preferred airline for many years. I am requesting a refund of the original airfare for Itinerary 99QXX7 in the form of a future voucher due to our current circumstances. We had to cancel a cruise as well because of this medical emergency. Kindly reach out to me as soon as possible since I am unable to find a working customer care phone number. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you, Carole G.

My name is Grant Tucker, but my ticket shows James Tucker. My daughter, Lauren, and I were set to fly from Indianapolis to Punta Gorda tomorrow, October 10th, with confirmation number 9CBN7M. Unfortunately, my wife had emergency surgery and won't be discharged until tonight, October 9th. As a result, I can't make the trip, but Lauren will be traveling. I need to cancel my round trip ticket and cancel her return flight from Indianapolis to Punta Gorda. She will be meeting her boyfriend in Orlando and returning with him to fly from Sanford to Indianapolis on Tuesday, October 15th, with confirmation number 9CZVNG. Since I need to cancel part of the reservation and speak with a customer service representative, I am reaching out to arrange this. I am hoping that travel vouchers can be issued for the cancelled portion of the reservation. If possible, I would like Lauren's Punta Gorda to Indianapolis flight under 9CBN7M to be credited towards her Orlando to Indianapolis flight under 9CZVNG. I have spoken with a courteous customer service representative who has tried to assist me. It seems that obtaining a refund or credit voucher may require a document from my wife's doctor, which might still not guarantee a refund. Despite this, I wanted to email my request, hoping that my refund or credit voucher could be processed without a doctor's note, as typing it all out took a lot of effort. Thank you.

This morning, I received a notification to check in for flight [redacted], departing from Asheville, NC, on November 2, [redacted]. Despite my attempts to correct the mistake with Allegiant Airlines online and over the phone, I was unable to reach customer service due to long 30+ minute holds. I even drove to the Sanford Allegiant ticket counter, where I was referred to a lead who explained she couldn't assist with the Asheville flight since she was a contract airport employee. This has been the most challenging experience I've ever had trying to contact a company. I changed the flight on September 5 due to family issues related to Hurricane Dorian, and I can provide confirmation of the changes made to both outbound and inbound flights to Sanford. I had purchased trip flex and was surprised by the additional charges for the flight changes, especially when the costs per flight were lower. Please note that I will not be on the 8pm flight from Asheville tonight on November 2, [redacted]. Thank you. T. Brabenec Phone: [redacted]

I flew out from Huntington Tri-State to St. Pete on Monday. Arriving over an hour early, I found that my flight had already boarded with no one at the Allegiant desk. Planning to pay for my boarding pass, I couldn't due to the out-of-order machines and lack of staff. Along with 6 others, I was not allowed to board and rebooked for Wednesday's flight [redacted] after paying $75. However, now I'm unable to check-in or print my boarding pass as Allegiant shows no flights scheduled for me, causing confusion and frustration. This experience contrasts with my previous trouble-free trips with Allegiant, leaving me in need of assistance to resolve the issue.

Hello, my name is Harold J. I booked a flight from SFB to Appleton, Wisconsin for 11/21/19. Unfortunately, my son and I encountered several issues on the day of our flight. Firstly, there was a road block near the airport, causing a delay in our arrival. Subsequently, upon reaching the airport at [redacted] for a [redacted] flight, we faced challenges at security due to my leg braces, a result of a military injury. The security process, involving checking my leg brace for explosives, took longer than expected, causing us to miss our flight at [redacted]. We were heading to my father's funeral, and the delay was especially distressing as the funeral was the same day. I have never experienced such delays and treatment at any other airport. I am requesting a refund for the two tickets. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My checked bag went missing during my non-stop flight (#9DT9YD) on Nov 7. Despite filling out all the necessary forms, I have yet to receive any updates regarding my lost bag. This is extremely distressing as it contains my engagement ring, which holds sentimental value. It is disappointing to experience such an incident on a non-stop flight. I was not provided a claim check, as the Ft Lauderdale ticket counter employee only attached a gate check tag to my suitcase. This has resulted in a significant inconvenience, forcing me to repurchase essential items for work, including textbooks, electronics, and clothing. Of great concern is the loss of my engagement ring. The missing bag is a small black Travelers Club spinner containing specific items such as a Wacom Bamboo Tablet, a finisher medal from the Disney Food and Wine Half Marathon, and a black electronic toothbrush. Additionally, it holds my business card for MathMedics+ (Ruth Cooper at [redacted]) in the top outer pocket. Inside the main body, there is a white bag with red "Magic Leap" lettering containing two grey t-shirts. Also in the bag are post-race clothes, four textbooks, and a bottle of orange spiced rum.

I missed my reservation last Friday, November 29, [redacted], to Rickenbacker International Airport (LCK) due to a family emergency. I usually opt for the flexibility to change reservations as my elderly parents may need my help unexpectedly. Unfortunately, I overlooked adding this option and missed my flight. I now need to travel to Dayton or Columbus this week for urgent matters. I have a future reservation on December 15 from Dayton to Punta Gorda and was wondering if there is a way to transfer the cost of my missed ticket to this upcoming flight. I am a frequent flyer with your airline, and I hope you can assist me with this request.

I am trying to arrange travel plans for my Grandma flying from Billings to Phoenix on 12/27/19 and returning on 12/30. My daughter needs to accompany her on the return flight from Phoenix to Billings on 12/30. One-way tickets for children under 15 can't be purchased alone, so I'm unsure how to proceed. Should my Grandma book one-way tickets for both legs of the trip? I'm not sure if this is the most cost-effective solution. Any advice on how to handle this situation efficiently would be greatly appreciated.

I missed my morning flight from Orlando Sanford to Columbus Rickenbacker, and my checked bag was on that flight. I'm now rescheduled for an evening flight to Cincinnati, with plans to have a friend drive me back to Columbus Rickenbacker to retrieve my car and bag. I just want to confirm that there will be someone available to assist me with my luggage pick-up. Thank you for your anticipated assistance. Best regards, Derry J.

I booked two one-way tickets on my Allegiant iPad app yesterday for a flight from Orlando Sanford to Flint, MI on May 2, [redacted]. I used a promo code and my Allegiant points. However, when trying to pay the balance, I received an error message about card processing. The charge is on my account, but I did not receive a flight confirmation. If I need to reprocess the payment, I require my Allegiant points to be refunded. The flight in question is Flight [redacted] departing at 11:18 AM on 5/2/20. I spent over 2 1/2 hours on hold with customer service but was unable to reach anyone. I prefer not to go through this process again today. I would appreciate receiving either the flight confirmation or having my points refunded and the charge removed from my Allegiant card. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Itinerary number: #9DSVYL Name: S.L. Cain Address: P.O. The impact resulted in a fracture of my coccyx. The hospital report indicates an acute fracture at the sacrococcygeal junction with a small cortical step-off. Fortunately, the fragments do not seem significantly displaced, and there is minimal swelling in the soft tissues without any significant fluid buildup. Contact Number: [redacted]

I made a reservation today (12/7/19) but misspelled a name. How can I correct this for free? The flight is from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) to Bishop International Airport (FNT) in Flint, MI. The confirmation number is 9H9TW2 for Joshua Steven Meyers and Caleba Joshua Meyers for 12/29/19. The correct name for the second traveler should be Caleb Meyers (not Caleba). Please use [redacted] for correspondence to resolve this issue.

I am reaching out concerning my brother's experience at Albany airport yesterday. He was scheduled to fly to Sanford last night, checked his bag, and was assured by an Allegiant representative that he had plenty of time to grab a meal. Unfortunately, he missed the flight when he went to eat. His bag was sent to Sanford, and I had to travel from Florida to retrieve it. I purchased a new flight for him this morning from Albany, New York, to St. Petersburg Clearwater, Florida. I am inquiring if there is any way to address the unused flight from last night. His name is Joseph K. There was no one available at the airport for assistance, and I have been unable to reach a live person over the phone.

Hello, I am Katherina B. from Toronto, Ontario. I flew on Dec. 14, [redacted], on flight [redacted] from Niagara Falls, NY to Punta Gorda. I departed at 10:51 am and arrived before 2:00 pm, seated in 8A. On the flight, I took out my phone to take a picture and accidentally dropped my Bank of Montreal and Royal Bank of Canada debit cards, both under my name Katherina B., which were covering the phone camera lens. I couldn't find them in my purse or luggage after landing. I hope someone found them. If you have any information, please contact me at Katherina.brunner@ yahoo.ca or [redacted].

I recently flew home for an early Christmas and received a skateboard as a gift. I am planning to return with it, but realized it's 31 inches long, which is 9 inches longer than the standard carry-on size allowed. However, my backpack has straps designed for carrying a skateboard securely. I'm wondering if I could bring it as part of my carry-on if it's properly attached to my backpack. I really can't afford to buy an extra carry-on just for the skateboard, so I'm hoping this arrangement will be accepted by the airline.
