I've been on hold for over * hours trying to talk to a person. Today, alpine.*That's not counting that they didn't get my reservation cancellation within ** hours because THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE! Tried to give me a $* voucher for a $**** round trip flight.*I've been hung up on * times JUST TODAY!!!*Allegiant will fix this or they will receive some of the most notable and public TERRIBLE reviews they've ever received.*Please don't underestimate this. I'm tired of dealing with companies that think they can just put paying customers off and steal their money.*I WILL be reaching out to every single media outlet I'm associated with (as a journalist,) to ensure that nobody else has to go through what I have, if I can't reach a live person and have this resolved TONIGHT.
