My complaint is that I had a voucher that was extended in May. I at that time was informed that it needed to be used by November *th **** or it would not be extended again. I however did book flight for November *th through the **th. I started receiving emails saying “ use your vocher” and other verbiage. I called because flight is coming up to try and redeem. It was then that I was informed that the entire trip had to be planned prior to that date. Number * poor customer service. I have referred many family members and friends that have been flying with your airline. I have to say I’m very disappointed in customer service. I think that if I had been informed at that time the special restrictions I may have tried harder to plan to your specifications. I will however never refer another soul to your Airline and encourage them to use other Airlines as I will be in the future. *Thanks for nothing **Marsha Beard
