I lost my credit card on the flight Sanford (Orlando) to Puerto Rico. The ** of Sept ****. I talk to a Allegiant agent and made a email.. when I flight back to Sanford (Orlando) the ** of Sept ****. I spoke to Ruthy ticket counter and she said you have to check in Orlando lost and found.. when I wish to the airplane and spoke with the flight attendant Daisy. She told me that she gives to the personal of GMD the credit card. I told her that they send me to check on Sanford. DAISY said has to be on Pueto Rico I gives to them... as soon I guet to Sanford I ask there Melissa Manneger lost and found Dept talk me that she don't have nothing but she is going to contact P R and she call me a a few days. I call Melissa a week after to know what she found. She told me that she spoke to Daisy and she affirmative gives the credit card to GSM. And she cut not found number or somebody to contact on PR . Melissa said report the card and get a other one. Today ********* I flight to San Juan PR I ask to GMD personal and nobody knows about the card.. Lorena sup of GMD says that she ask about the card and nobody give her a credit card. She said told me who's the employee that receive the card.. I told her check with Daisy.*The important is not really the card it's the poor communication between them and some people actued like they don't care my problem. And all the inconvenience that I had about that. Like I get here at ** am it's ** ** pm and I can't rent a car because they don't want to found the card. Somebody shaved it was gives person to person..*HIRAM GONZALEZ ***-***-**** THAKS..
