I want to talk to Ali Express about returning an order* they will only refund me the price of the purchase plus what I paid for initial shipping, but will not, apparently, cover the cost of returning the product (which is much, MUCH higher than my initial outlay--could be twice the actual purchase price). I want to negotiate this with them* they also have me on a timer for the return, which is absolutely absurd given international shipping. I want to resolve this. I'm ready to take this to a reversal on my credit card, if they won't talk to me. I'm super angry that there's no phone number. This is a total scam organization in my opinion at this point.
There is no way of getting a hold of a person at any point in this process, just a bot that loops through useless answers.
