Yesterday, I placed an order with Order ID: [redacted][redacted]. Shortly after, I requested a cancellation. Today, the status still shows as awaiting delivery, indicating the seller did not cancel as requested. Despite my quick action, the seller appears unwilling to accommodate my request for cancellation. Given the seller's reputation, as evident from the reviews, I do not wish to proceed with this purchase. I kindly request that my order be canceled promptly, and a refund issued. Thank you.

I have encountered an issue with the shipping address for my orders. The address listed is incorrect, and I am missing my items as a result. Je voudrais des conseils sur la procédure de retour d'un moteur électrique pour vélo qui ne correspond pas à ma commande. J'aimerais obtenir l'adresse de retour et un bon de retour prépayé à apposer sur le colis. Hello, I have an issue with two packages: LD[redacted]02BE and XK[redacted]B1083. Both orders were supposed to be delivered on 12/14/[redacted] at 1:14 PM. However, I have not received my packages yet. I am disappointed because this has never happened before. Typically, I don't have any issues with my orders on AliExpress, but this time, yes. I'm not sure what happened, but I want to receive my packages. I have contacted several postal services, and they advised me to contact the sender to start an investigation. The seller failed to honor their refund agreement. They asked me to cancel the dispute on AliExpress to avoid damaging their reputation, which I agreed to out of goodwill. However, they have since reneged on their promise to issue the full refund amount I originally requested. Instead, they are only offering an amount they deem fit. I need assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I placed an order on 6/12/21 and opted for shipping from France instead of China to ensure delivery to the UK by Christmas. Despite the seller assigning an order number to myhermes two weeks ago, the goods have not been handed over for delivery yet. I attempted to contact the seller using the "contact seller" button, but it is unresponsive. I am unable to cancel the order and am unsure of what steps to take next. Unfortunately, I no longer need the goods as they will not arrive on time.

I am located in the UAE, and recently noticed a charge of AED [redacted].90 on my account from www.aliexpress.com. I placed an order at KFC and was redirected to a page called spicy.promo with their menu. I used my credit card to purchase food for AED [redacted].72, but a total of RUB [redacted].13, equivalent to AED [redacted].90, was deducted under the name WWW.ALIEXPRESS.COM. I am unable to find any contact information for AliExpress, and this situation seems like a fraudulent activity associated with them. I urgently need to speak with someone regarding this issue.

On December 17th, I placed an order for a KDA LOL large mouse pad. Today, I discovered that the item was never sent because it's unavailable in my region. I have checked my bank account and have not received a refund. There is no confirmation of purchase in my email either. I am requesting a refund, but I am unable to do it through the website because my order does not show up, preventing me from contacting the seller. The 24/7 bot is not helpful as it requires an order number to proceed. How can I go about getting my refund without this information?

Recently, I have been experiencing delivery issues with a service in Ghana named SpeedAF for the last 2 to 3 months. In the past, my orders from AliExpress have always reached my Post Office Box without any problems. However, SpeedAF has been delaying my deliveries and their riders struggle to deliver on time and to the correct location. I am seeking information on how AliExpress selects carriers for my packages and how I can choose not to use SpeedAF for future deliveries. I wish to avoid having my packages handled by them in the future.

I sent the wrong, defective images or video to AliExpress as evidence in a dispute. I want to send the correct ones again, but I am unable to do so. How can I file an objection or get in touch? I received an order that was marked as delivered, but I never received it. After filing a dispute with AliExpress, I was told there wasn't enough evidence because Canada Post couldn't provide me with any documentation via email. Canada Post provided me with case number [redacted]10 to present to AliExpress for further assistance. Despite this, AliExpress has not contacted Canada Post, and communication with the seller has been unproductive. The seller mentioned they spent money to send the item and hoped for my understanding, but I find this unfair. While the amount isn't significant, I don't want to pay for something I never received. It has been weeks of unresolved discussions with no progress. My order number is [redacted][redacted], placed on October 31st.

I purchased Christmas pajamas with a stated 1-3 day delivery to Germany, only to have the seller delay shipping by a week despite my request to cancel.
