Hello, I recently canceled an order before it was shipped, but it was marked as shipped a day later. I reached out to the seller requesting a cancellation, but now they are instructing me to open a dispute to receive a refund and mentioned they will not be sending the item. I believe this process is incorrect as I simply wished to cancel the order initially and now wish to promptly get my money back. I placed an order for Item no. [redacted][redacted] with Tracking No. LT[redacted]81NL on November 11, [redacted]. I want to file a complaint regarding Postnl. The tracking information has not been updated since November 16 when it arrived in Amsterdam. Despite showing that it reached the UK on November 20, in reality, it is still in Belgium since November 18. The latest tracking information on December 4 states it is preparing to be sent to Royal Mail. I contacted the seller on November 29, and despite my continuous attempts to reach Postnl, there has been no response. This is not the first time I have faced delays with this company. Please verify the tracking information from the Universal Postal Union and China Post to confirm this. Eve.

Upon logging in, I discovered two accounts under the names "facebook" and "ae062469." Unfortunately, neither account shows my order, and the search function by payment does not work. Despite the payment being debited on November 30th by ALIEXPRESS, I have not received any confirmation email, and NEJE Direct Store is unresponsive; they keep requesting an order number that I am unable to provide due to the missing order on my account. I placed an order and on December 21st, I received an email from the delivery company Glovo, informing me that the address was incomplete. I filled out a form and updated the address. Hello, I placed an order on October 11, [redacted], with a promised delivery time of 16-26 days. The item arrived on November 4, but was delivered to the wrong address in a different province. I have been trying to resolve this issue through a dispute on Aliexpress, but unfortunately, the process has been repeatedly postponed, and I have not received a refund as of December 30. The seller, CHONGWU Store, seems to be avoiding refunding me and is suggesting a suspicious process that I do not want to be a part of. I am currently seeking assistance from Aliexpress to address this fraudulent situation and ensure I receive a full refund promptly. I am a long-time customer of Aliexpress and have always appreciated their quality service, but this experience has been concerning. In August [redacted], I ordered a black corset lingerie set with a front zip and a black G-string. Since then, I switched from an iPhone to a Samsung but kept the same email address. I am Spanish and a customer of a seller on AliExpress. The seller and local logistics are not delivering my package. I made the purchase in November [redacted] and it still hasn't arrived. I am providing the order number of the item I purchased from a Chinese company even though I bought it from Spain with a warehouse in Europe, presumably in Spain. I recently received a product that arrived with numerous scratches and dents all over it as soon as I opened the package. To my dismay, the product's actual size turned out to be much smaller than what was depicted on the website. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the dimensions were indeed mentioned in small font on the product page, which I had overlooked. The seller's proposed solution was to offer a meager refund of one or two dollars and allow me to keep the item. This product was originally priced at $17, and I had paid an additional $5 for shipping. I am disappointed with the lackluster response from the seller after eagerly awaiting my purchase only to receive a damaged item. Despite attempting to address the issue directly with the seller, they only offered minimal compensation. I am unsure of how to proceed in this situation.

Hello everyone, I want to warn you about YeaH_Global Dropship Store. They sell defective products and then demand a return, which costs almost 20 times more than the item itself. It's not feasible. Please avoid this store and spread the word to protect others from similar issues. In the past, there used to be a blacklist for unreliable sellers, but unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be one now. Order Number: [redacted] I am very disappointed with my recent purchase. The product I bought (2 pieces) turned out to be defective. One plug overheated when I tried to use it, and the other plug simply did not work, unable to charge any devices. When I tried to dispute this, I was told to send the items back, which is not feasible as it would cost me around 50 Euros to ship to China, far exceeding the value of the goods. This whole experience with the shop has been very negative, and I have encountered similar issues only a few times in my [redacted]+ purchases on AliExpress. Furthermore, their communication has been disrespectful, asking me to stay calm as a customer. Despite providing my PayPal details as requested, they claimed their PayPal account is malfunctioning, leaving me feeling misled. I purchased two items from AliExpress that were assigned the same tracking number. The tracking info showed the package was signed for on January 4th, even though I didn't receive anything. After checking further, I noticed the tracking number indicated activity from December 24th, which is before I even made my purchase on December 28th. I initiated a dispute on AliExpress choosing "missing tracking information" as the reason. Unfortunately, my claim was swiftly dismissed stating the seller provided tracking details, despite the evidence that the information doesn't correlate with my order date. I am convinced something is amiss and am seeking a complete refund.
