Buenos días, Quisiera solicitar un reembolso ya que el vendedor de AliExpress indicó el 7 de agosto que había recibido el paquete, lo cual no es cierto. No tengo el número de seguimiento de la paquetería de España, solo de EEUU, y Correos España no lo reconoce. El día de la supuesta entrega no recibí ningún mensaje, email, número de seguimiento español ni aviso de intento de entrega. El 14 fui a la oficina de correos sin el número de seguimiento y no encontraron ningún paquete a mi nombre en la base de datos, lo que indica que no ha llegado ni a Madrid desde que fue enviado el 21 de julio. A pesar de abrir una disputa, el vendedor se niega a reembolsarme y AliExpress tampoco, argumentando que el paquete está en tránsito, a pesar de que supuestamente ya está en la oficina de correos. Agradezco la protección al consumidor en estos casos.

However, during the payment process, something unusual occurred. The payment was deducted from my account, but all details vanished from your website: my account, payment, and order. Subsequently, I was unable to log in as the website stated my email and password were incorrect. Although I requested a password reset, the email containing the new password was sent to the wrong address, "mor**@hotmail.com". I found an item on your website that I would like to buy, the SAKO SKI780 220V 1.5KW 1HP Mini VFD Variable Frequency Drive Converter for Motor Speed Control Frequency Inverter. I see there's a remote control available and the details on purchasing it are unclear. I am unsure if the remote control comes with the VFD or if it's a separate purchase. Any clarification would help. I noticed it can be purchased from various sites, so why is this the case? I reside in Australia, so I assume I would order from the China site. Hello, I raised a dispute regarding a product (N95 masks, $19) that did not match the description. The seller was unresponsive when I requested a full refund without returning the item. After escalating the issue, Aliexpress reviewed my evidence and supported my claims. They suggested a return for a full refund, but I countered with a proposal for an 80% partial refund without returning the product due to unfair return shipping costs. It has been two days since my last proposal, and I am awaiting a response from Aliexpress as I have two days left until the dispute is resolved. I am hoping to secure my refund without returning the item or have the seller cover the return shipping expenses. I am puzzled why Aliexpress seems to lean towards the seller's side in such situations. Thank you.

Hello! I purchased an item with Order ID [redacted][redacted] and paid for everything as requested. However, the seller then requested an additional $60 for shipping, claiming it exceeded what was listed on the auction. Despite this being their mistake, I paid the extra amount. After receiving a tracking number, I later discovered that it had expired and the item was never shipped. The seller provided me with a fake tracking number. Now, after waiting over a month with no delivery, the seller is asking me to wait an additional 3 to 20 days for a refund. This is unacceptable given the time already wasted. I purchased a Bluetooth Dongle for TV from Aliexpress on July 26, [redacted] (Order # [redacted][redacted]). I requested the product be thoroughly checked for defects prior to shipping, yet the seller (Kebidiu Electronic Store) sent me a faulty item with a defective display, rendering it unusable. I received a product with missing parts from Andeli Welding. They promised to send the missing parts, but the tracking number does not show them leaving China. It has been weeks since they claimed to have shipped the parts. Additionally, there is a problem with the product not meeting the advertised technical specifications, which remains unresolved.

On October 31, [redacted], I purchased item number [redacted][redacted]. A month ago, I discovered it was defective. Despite numerous messages to the seller and multiple pictures showing the issue, they have not provided any assistance or replacement. The seller suggested a software update, but the test results remained the same. It is clear that the problem lies in the hardware. I also bought a similar item from Ali Express which works fine. I urge the seller to address this matter promptly as they have been unresponsive for two weeks. They have even requested remote access to my computer, which is not feasible due to security reasons. However, my dispute was unexpectedly marked as finished without any resolution, despite the products never being dispatched. It is concerning that this erroneous conclusion was reached without proper investigation into the issue.

I purchased a car mount online a month ago, and the tracking information now shows it has been shipped. Opt for "Easy local returns" to receive an address in your country, which is the Aliexpress warehouse. 3. Send the item to this address, obtain a tracking number, and you will have free return shipping. 4. Input the tracking number on Aliexpress. Hello, On the 31st of May [redacted], I ordered two pairs of sneakers from AliExpress. I received and paid for one pair of shoes by mail immediately.
