I was trying to get a full refund. ... Order ID: ***************** Order time: **:** May. ** **** *Full refund if product is not received in ** days.*There is no trace information available, only that product has left the country of origin. I have opened a dipute to get a full refund after the protection time has expired. I am getting messages from the vendor that the AliExpress platform offered a solution to not refund and not return that I have to reject to make the platform to rectify the problem and proceed with the refund. And then upload the evidence to the dispute. In my Firefox browser I do not have controls to reject the platform proposal and I do not have any pieces of evidence to upload to the dispute because I have not received the goods.
If AliExpress having a problem with the platform they have to resolve it without causing inconvenience to the customer
They have to honor agriment to full refund.
