REGARDING Confirmation code: HM*B***NZE*Receipt ID: RC**QRYZ*E*Jul **, **** **% of Full Amount due was paid on ******* Amount: $***.***Then I cancelled this Reservation * days later on *******I was told by Host Stay - Even though I cancelled this reservation * days later and ** days before check in * They will only offer a **% refund of the total amount of entire stay ($****.**). I gave Stay a **% payment of $***.** on *******.*Host Stay Response: I am so sorry, but the cancellation policy is clearly stated for guest prior to booking, we do not wage one guest reason for a cancellation versus another, so we just let the policy be the policy, hope you understand, and also understand that we have reasons for selecting the Strict cancellation policy based upon our situation.*This means within a * Day time frame I paid into Air B&B $***.** and the Host Stay has decided that they will keep almost that entire $***.** payment I made last week - Based on what they deem a Very Strict Cancellation Policy. As I tried to explain to them that I'm on a very tight budget that I managed to put aside vacation money for upcoming trip to VA. I told Host Stay that I understood their strict policy but for me to loose the entire $***.** saved vacation budget money is very devastating to my finances. I pleaded to perhaps at least get **% back of the $***.** payment I made which would be $***.** * Host Stay Response was NO. I am now pleading my case to Air B&B Support - Cancellation & Refund Group for further assistance. Please help me try to regain some of the $***.** payment I made on ********Is there anyway that I could get at least Air B&B Credit that I can use for upcoming Trips. To just completely loose all of that $*** I made in payment to Host - Stay is truly devastating to my budget.
