We need help with an incorrect review for Lizeth De Jesus. My wife spent more than an hour with support (*** hr. on hold) with "promises to look into and get back to her. Last Wed. the *th I believe, Betsy was on hold for a full hour before reaching support. Progress was not good in so far as correcting the problem with many apologies from support. Did speak with a Supervisor last week with more apologies, promises to get back to her and still no action from airbnb support. (Shanique submitted Ticket *********.) Pardon me for saying this but shame on you people. You do a great job in renting our vacation home and an unbelievably poor job from your support dept. Their follow up is almost non-existent. Please call us at your earliest convenience, (this month?) at ***-***-****, or ***-***-****, or ***-***-****, currently on hold with this * waiting for someone to answer. Sincerely, Eben F.
