I am currently renting an AirBnB shared apartment in Vienna, Austria, for the long-term (** months). **Upon arrival, the department was very dirty and full of the host's personal belonging - like pencils or clothing - stored in the cabinets and drawers. Apart from the dirt, the main problem currently is that neither the room nor the apartment fit the description of the AirBnB Advertisement regarding crucial functions of the apartment: No garbage, no kitchen sink*running water, no breakfast, no toilet paper. The problem is urgent and I would like to hear back from you about reducing my rent! **The reason I didn't cancel the room within **h as I can is that the host personally ensured my multiple times to take care of the problems within * days, with the delay being very credibly depicted as stemming from his religious holidays. After * weeks*more than ** days still not a single thing has been changed and I would like to be reimbursed for part of the rent as I cannot use services I have paid for already!!!!**Thank you very much for your time and effort, AirBnb Customer Service Team.
