Booking reference, Billing address, Email address on the account, Account phone number, Payout method (If card or bank account, please include the last 4 digits), and Date of birth
The issue in GetHuman-tftom's own words
when signing up for Airbnb the app asks for a phone number explaining that it's so the host can contact me if neccessary, so naturally I put a Philippine number in as we were in philippines at the time and booking in philippines, I live in the uk and trying to change my device but it wants to send a code to the number in philippines which was a temporary number, luckily I still have my old device so I thought it's simple I'll log in on old device update my account details with my uk number then try again but its saying I have to have had the number registered for ** days. How stupid is that, you need to update this stupid requirement on your system. How about add the persons own number and add facility for extra numbers while travelling. You've just lost several bookings over this.. as I'll now use booking.com or agoda.com. for our month trip bk to Philippines.

GetHuman-tftom did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
