Hi, I rented an Airbnb for my trip to Washington DC. I’ve never been there before and was really looking forward to exploring the city. However, the Airbnb I rented was in a bad area outside of Washington DC. I didn’t feel comfortable going outside and when I came home from dinner the screen door was ajar and I had closed it before I left which was concerning. I read the comments and looked at the pictures, but it was not what I was expecting. When I woke up the next morning, I found bugs and just couldn’t enjoy my trip while staying there. I stayed * out of the * nights I had booked it for and ended up getting a hotel downtown that felt more relaxing and safe. Is there any way to refund the money for the * nights I didn’t stay there? Thank you.
