The issue in GetHuman-kumiii's own words
my friend lucy boyd have previously reserved an airbnb "superb views over queenstown" hosted by john. The first payment gone through using my credit card details - name- Kumi S Ho, but i lost my wallet therefore the credit card is now blocked. We have asked the host when the final payment would be made as we did not get a notification of the final payment due date. This morning the reservation to our airbnb was cancelled but luckily the lady who my friend spoke on the phone with gave us our refund on the first payment, having us to fully payment the whole payment of the airbnb altogether again with another card which is gone through successfully. The issue is that the refund would be going into the credit card account which has been blocked so it would just bounce back to airbnb account. So I would just like to have the refund directed back to the new credit card account which we have just provided and used to pay the airbnb again, please, this would be much appreciated!
GetHuman-kumiii did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
