I offered my guest a refund after his reservation was cancelled by Airbnb .*Airbnb refunded him with more then they should ( higher rate per night and for more nights )*I am*Trying to get my money back but... getting more and more frustrated with Airbnb support. They keep changing “case managers” and are not keeping up their promises to follow up, call me back or send me a message.*It feels like they don’t really mean to help or resolve it.
