Hi *We have a problem ! We are on a hillside in beautiful Wanaka with * Chalets and * self-contained studios available for guests. Currently * Chalets and * studio are listed with Airbnb and B.com, managed via ONE Rooftop - a channel manager. We have been operating this way for ** months and have been Super Hosts for most of this time. Reviews are stellar ! *Our problem is that bookings with Airbnb have slumped from their usual levels from May for the coming months. Our daughter and other friends on the hillside followed our lead and built very similar Chalets which are now available on Airbnb exclusively. We are able to compare the bookings they are now achieving, and we can see that our bookings are more than ***% down on our (friendly) competitors bookings for the months through to January ****. We are concerned and looking into the reasons why enquiries have gone strangely quiet.*If we stop using a channel manager and leave booking.com are we able to keep our superhost status and reviews for our properties ? Our property is Hillhaven Wanaka and the units are named Rock Chalet, Driftwood Chalet, Cedar Chalet and Gecko Studio. and my name is Keri Addison.*Many thanks,Keri
