Hi, I was at an air bnb in Miami Florida. It was an amazing place, but an alright stay. We gave our guy $*** dollars in cash for four cards to access the pool and other amenities. When it was time to check out, he sent the money back through my card which I did not want because my credit card charges a fee. I told him I did not want that and he automatically sent it back anyways. We offered to meet him and he still did not. He would not compensate us or meet us to get the money back. We were polite with him and he did not do the sane. Some of the outlets and lights and TVs did not work in the house which he did not mention as well. I definitely do feel I should get some of my money back because of the fact that those things were not mentioned and he was not nice with my friends and I.
