The issue in GetHuman-mybleuhe's own words
I requested a booking from Antonio at *:** am Monday morning, my credit card number needed before request sent. After * hours, i gave up and desperatly needed a place to stay, luckily found one, paying with my last $** in cash. I am a senior living on a limited income, in NYC, all alone, no one to turn to. Antonio messaged me * *** hours later, confirming my booking, he said he was grocery shopping & could not get back to me. Long story short, he took all of the money off of my credit card & now am over my limit because of interest charge. He said to cancel to get $* and change refunded, and he would make sure i would get the $** extra dollars IN *-** BUSSINESS DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no money for food, no place to stay, and am stranded because of this fraudulent disgusting human being. My only recourse is to go the Better Business Bureau or contact investigative reporters from all major news networks, warning them about tbe scams targeted against elderly woman traveling alone by Airbnb. I certainly hope we can rectify this situation before the end of today *********. There is no reason why you cannot refund my Visa credit card today. I thought this was a reputable company and a lovely way to accomdate travelers on a budget. If this man Antonio did this to me, you can be certain he has, and will continue to do this to others. I will be waiting for your reply.*Dawn L Woodley
