Hi My guest checked in Saturday june ** about *pm . Around ** pm i received this message: " There is a mess in your driveway . There is a hole in my oil pan , I bottomed out on the raise sewer drains on the road and poked a hole in it. I move the car to the road when i noticed. I'll pick up some stuff to soak up the oil when i get my car fixed." *I then asked if his car was working he said no . I picked up kitty litter and by ** :** pm texted him that i put down kitty litter and left a broom and dust pan out and we could take care of it in the morning.*I have been working on this for two days now . I picked up all the kitty litter and used Dawn dish detergent to wash the oil and spread new kitty litter . The guest is on vacation and will be leaving Thurs morning July * . *I am doing my best to take care of the problem however it is a black top driveway and from everything I've read I will need to seal the driveway as the oil will eat away at the blacktop causing it to erode. It will cost about $*** according to friends who just had their driveways done. My house is one years old. Do I take whatever is in the security deposit ?
