We have an Airbnb scheduled for Thursday July **th and Friday July **th. My partner lost his job. We can not afford to make the second payment. I emailed George last week and got no response from him. I emailed him again today and his son called me back and told me there was nothing they could do. The policy says if you cancel ** days in advance you can get half a refund. I Would really appreciate a full refund, my partner lost his job and we are totally broke. So sad to miss this vacation.
