Hello,**I tried to contact Airbnb from UK. I logged in my account and I request for a call back as this was the only option to speak with someone. I wait a few minutes and I got in touch with some girl. This is when the trouble started. Absolute horrible experience. I have never encountered such inexperience from a so called customer advisor. It make me wonder how she got the job in the first place. First she could not speak properly and she was very confused. She had no clue what is Paypal and how it works as a method of payment for Airbnb. I tried to explain that I made a payment using my Paypal account and something went wrong and she was so confused, I could not believe. I tried to explain again, but no success. I asked for someone else to speak with me and she was keep mumbling something and was really confused. Awful experience. in the end I request to be called back by someone who actually knows how Airbnb works and can offer proper advice.**I am thinking seriously to cancel my Airbnb account as I can not accept to receive this kind of service, especially if I am already traveling to some booked destination. My safety and travelling experience will be put at a great risk.

Get in touch with Airbnb. First option is to contact via Twitter @AirbnbHelp. Further you have to insist on the phone to speak with a senior person or a manager. There is also support on Airbnb app on Profile - Get Help - Contact us.
