I flew to Phoenix March ** and I must Cancel my March ** return flight to Edmonton, due to Government recommendation to return to Canada due to Corona virus. I have tried multiple times to call, change my flight, and I am advised via a voice mail, because my flight is longer than ** hours away my call will not be taken. I have since found an alternative way back to Canada, much sooner than March **. Airmiles was not supportive nor helpful in the least. Attempts to live chat were useless.
