I initiated the Affirm process through KEH Camera. I was approved, entered my payment information, but the card was declined. I tried with another card, a Capital One card, and again it was rejected. Feeling frustrated as I needed to get my crew back to work at Advanced Tree Care of Roseburg, I later attempted with a different Capital One card after activating it, but it was still denied. Subsequently, I discovered that Capital One wouldn't work. Trying Credit One, I found out it was restricted since late November due to a $34 purchase inquiry. Then, I tried my Chase Sapphire card, only to realize my wife had placed an internet restriction on it. After sorting out the Credit One card issue, I returned to the payment page to find out Affirm couldn't assist me. Feeling extremely frustrated, I believed I had possibly input something incorrectly. Realizing the situation made me appear suspicious, I understand it might seem like a chaotic sequence of unfortunate events, but I assure you, it is not intentional.

I received an email from your company requesting money and threatening my credit score. I have called multiple times to cancel your services and have received refunds for unauthorized charges from my bank account. Despite assurances that the issue was resolved, subsequent calls have not been tracked, adding to my frustration. I am part of a class action settlement involving Plaid Inc, which your company is linked to, suggesting possible mishandling of sensitive information and coercive payment demands. Cease these actions immediately to avoid legal action as I intend to pursue the settlement due to your unacceptable behavior. I want to be removed from your records as I have not received any services and do not wish to engage further. Your lack of accountability and repetitive blunders have led to this unpleasant situation. Kindly respect my request and discontinue all correspondence.

I am unable to log into my account due to issues with my phone number. I am utilizing my backup number over Wi-Fi. Even after repeatedly entering the new number on the Affirm login page, I have not received any help to access my account. Despite trying to verify my identity multiple times, I haven't received any communication from Affirm. It has been a month of unsuccessful attempts to update my phone number. I signed up for Affirm and was approved for $[redacted]. I have not used the card even through Christmas. Due to an abusive relationship, I had to leave my home and change my phone number. My first thought was not to call and update my information with Affirm. When I remembered I had an Affirm account while needing to buy essentials for my 3 kids, I went to the store. Although I didn't have the full amount, I could pay the first installment. At the checkout, I couldn't complete the purchase because obtaining a virtual card was challenging. Affirm required updated information that I hadn't provided due to my situation. It was frustrating to be denied approval while at the store with my kids. Affirm should verify identities earlier in the process, not during checkout after stating I was approved. This experience was disheartening, and I won't use Affirm again. I plan to share my story on my blog and social media to caution others about Affirm's business practices.

I'm following up on the payment issue I had with Callaway Golf. Even though I received a text confirming my payment plan approval from Affirm, my payment was declined when Callaway processed the order. I haven't received any resolution yet and contacting Affirm.com has been challenging. Can anyone assist me with resolving this matter?

I am having trouble purchasing an item on Amazon for my daughter's dogs. I attempted to use my daughters Amazon account, but the Affirm application is in her name even though I am the one applying. I created my own Amazon account and applied for Affirm for the product, but the application keeps getting denied in my daughter's name with an incorrect credit score. My credit score is [redacted], not [redacted]. I have used Affirm successfully many times before, but I am facing issues specifically on Amazon. It's frustrating that my daughter's name, Kelly, keeps appearing when I am applying as myself, Sabina Litwicki. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly so I can order the dog food that my daughter needs. Thank you.

I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my debit Mastercard through Affirm.com on February 16, 17, and 18. I do not have an Affirm account nor did I authorize these transactions from my bank account. Additionally, I never received the new card I had ordered, making me believe that these charges are fraudulent. I have already reported this to my bank. The charges made on my Mastercard ending in [redacted] from Direct Express are as follows: - 2/16: $32.50 - 2/17: $50.00 - 2/18: $8.09 I understand these may seem like small amounts, but as it is my retirement fund, every dollar is crucial. I recently took out a loan from Affirm. Unfortunately, the merchant canceled my order due to the item being out of stock, resulting in a full refund. While the product cost was removed from my account, the interest balance remains. Even though the purchase was refunded and not processed, the scheduled interest payment still reflects on my account. I am uncertain how to contact Customer Care and cannot find relevant information in the Affirm FAQ section. I just wish to ensure that the interest amount will also be eliminated from my account's balance.

I need to update my phone number on my account but can't log in. I've tried using the app on my phone and computer, receiving errors. I sent 4 pictures to verify my identity. I purchased an electric moped from Segway.com using Affirm as payment method. Paying $[redacted], I expected high quality and security features due to my location in Manhattan, NYC. However, issues arose. The delivery through FedEx Freight was unorganized. Customer service was unresponsive until after delivery. The moped failed to function properly with battery and alarm problems. Despite my attempts to contact support for a refund or replacement, I received no assistance. On January 21st, the moped was stolen. Feeling defeated, I attempted to return the product, but the lack of communication and assistance from Segway left me frustrated. After noticing it for sale on OfferUP.com and filing a police report, I am still waiting for resolution. Affirm payments have been paused due to the defective product and lack of support from Segway.

I am trying to get assistance with my Affirm account after being denied multiple times in the last two months, despite having paid off multiple credit approvals on time in the past. I recently spoke with several representatives about the difficult time I've been going through due to the two deaths in my family. One of them was particularly hard as my nephew was tragically gunned down without insurance, leaving two children fatherless. My family and I had to gather funds we didn't have, causing me to make two late payments. However, I have since paid them off. I am requesting that my loan privileges be reinstated based on my history of paying off the majority of my loans on time. I have a flight ticket loan with Cheap On Air, which I always pay on time. Recently, I used Affirm to purchase a flight to Brazil in September. Everything went smoothly, and I even receive daily emails from Cheap On Air confirming my booking. Today, when I tried to buy tickets for my dog, I discovered that my payment for the flight to Brazil hadn't gone through. After contacting Cheap On Air, they advised me to reach out to Affirm for assistance. Despite multiple attempts to contact Affirm through their website chat, I didn't receive a satisfactory response. I am feeling confused and would appreciate an explanation regarding the status of my payment with Affirm.

I recently canceled my order with Zager Guitar, and I have received confirmation of the cancellation from Mr. Zager. Despite informing Affirm that the order was canceled, I received a Zager Guitar from FedEx yesterday in the mail. I have email evidence of the cancellation and acknowledgment from Zager. I refuse to pay for an item I canceled, and I need guidance on how to return the guitar without incurring any shipping fees. I am not responsible for this mistake, and I do not authorize any payments on this account. I also request assurance that my credit report will not be negatively impacted by this error.

I updated my phone number recently, and I am unable to access my account to make a payment. Despite following the online prompts that mention a 24-hour wait time, it has been weeks without access to my account to pay the bill. I dialed your number directly but endured long holds before giving up. On a subsequent call, I attempted to pay over the phone, but after entering the code, it directed me to wait for an agent, resulting in an exorbitant wait time. I am extremely frustrated with the inability to update my information and log in to pay the bill. I have an account with your company that is nearly paid off. However, I recently applied for another loan and was denied due to a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, not a Chapter 7. I have been faithfully paying my debts, consolidating them into one monthly payment for nearly a year now. Despite these efforts, my credit score is almost [redacted]. I have never had such a high credit score before. My account with your company has been consistently in good standing. Despite this, I feel unappreciated for my efforts in making on-time payments and nearing completion of the account. If this is the way I will be treated, I may have to consider taking my business elsewhere where my loyalty will be valued.

I took out an Affirm loan for my Priceline trip the night before my scheduled departure. The airline notified me that my flight would be delayed, leading to my final destination being pushed to 11 p.m. the following day. Unfortunately, no alternative flights were available, so I won't be using the hotel reservation for Friday night, and I won't arrive at the hotel until after midnight the following day. Priceline assisted with a rental car, but I had trouble getting credit for the flight and the hotel. I even had to pay upfront over $[redacted] for a trip that I didn't get to take, which amounted to over $[redacted]. Your assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I received credit from your company about 6 months to a year ago. I have never missed a payment and have consistently paid on time. I wanted to make another purchase from Walmart, where I am employed, as I will continue to ensure that you receive your payments. Despite my good payment history, I am now being denied credit due to a drop in my credit score. It is frustrating as I have always paid your account on time and never missed a payment. Working at Walmart, it seems illogical that I am now being refused credit, and this situation is confusing to me and others.

I am unable to access my Affirm account because I no longer have access to the old phone number and email associated with it. I need to update my phone number and email to regain access to my account. Can Affirm please assist in resolving this issue by (1) resetting my login so I can update my contact information and (2) updating my email address to [redacted] and providing clear instructions on how to update my contact details without access to the old email address. I am having trouble accessing my account due to a phone number change. When I try to update my phone number, I do not receive the verification code via email. Even though I have two email accounts, I am not sure which one is associated with my account, and I have checked both for the code without success. As a result, I am unable to make payments, track my remaining balance, or use the account for any new purchases. It seems like there is a problem with the system that needs attention. I have reached out twice to resolve the billing issue. My Visa was charged $21.26 on 4/21, 4/26, 5/6, and 5/10, totaling $85.04, paying off my Neiman Marcus loan. Even after paying this, I kept getting notices for $42.50 due. After two challenging conversations (hard to understand the accent), I am still unsure if it's resolved. Checking my Visa, I see on 5/21, there are three credits of $21.26, leaving a $21.24 balance. Affirm's statement says I owe $42.50. In my calculations, I owe nothing, and Affirm owes me nothing, so why the credit? The accounting now shows I owe $21.24. Can someone understand my situation? Please help resolve this.
