Affirm continues to say that you can't locate my identity but I had an account with the company in **** and purchased merchandise from BCBG and my account was in good standing. Is this a generic rejection for some other reason? I just tried to apply on the site "The Real" and I was denied because you couldn't verify my identity through Experian - that doesn't make sense!
