The issue in GetHuman-mwstorm's own words
Many charges on my bill were never explained to me or incorrectly charged. I opted out of all the insurance options, but was incorrectly charged for a good number of them. I was not told there would be a $**-a-day upgrade fee, for a car I was always supposed to receive, and there are many fee's that weren't explained (concession fee for example). When I asked the woman at the counter why my bill was so high, she told me it was because of the $*** hold they would put on my card to reverse out. I believed her and did not investigate further until I came home from my trip and saw my bill and noticed she had completely lied to me. I feel as if I have been taken advantage of - And would like to be refunded for the CORRECT amount.
GetHuman-mwstorm did not yet indicate what Advantage Rent-a-Car should do to make this right.
