This Is a residential matter ***** Birwood st. ******** Garbage was skipped, was not picked up. The answering service said it would take ** - ** hours to investigate why, which does not include the weekend, the lid is on the container and was your magic *" away from the curb approximately, and was set out late the night before just in case they come early and I over sleep. I have lived on this street since **** and had no problems since your Contract with the city began. I had a problem with Bulk pick-up last month that was never solved because we broke a bathroom vanity in pieces and your services all of a sudden do not pick up wood???? Actually fake wood most vanities are particle wood (paper really) We were supposed to put it out there whole???? I am retired and home every day no one said anything or attempted to contact me they just skipped on by. Now I have garbage that I have no where to put it for * -* days. If there are changes to your services there should be notifications to your customer's. I am a senior citizen I have * grandchildren here with me every other week, yet my garbage does not over flow. so, what is my solution when garbage gets collected on the side of my nice home? I am not happy about the service right about now. I do hope to get a response of some kind of satisfaction, your answering service was very non-caring just kept asking questions about what I did or did not do...frustrated.
