Hi,**I am receiving an error message when I click on the "Adobe Sign" link on my account dashboard. I don't know what the issues is. Here is the error message I receive.**"We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support".**Yesterday, I changed the primary email address in my account to a new email address and that has been already verified by Adobe by sending me a verification email (which I clicked on the link in the email and confirmed it). In addition, I am able to go into my account and see that my new email address in the account (and everything seems to be OK). The email address I gave you below is the same email address I use to log into my Adobe account.**The second problem I am having: I am not getting a confirmation email after the document I sent out for signatures signed. When I go to the https:**documents.adobe.com to see the signed documents and enter my userid*password, I am getting the same error message I gave you above.**I am giving you authorization to login to my account.**You are welcome to call me if you have questions:**Eric Nur****-***-****
