I went into the Adidas store in Paramus, NJ today. I had purchased a pair of shoes from the store that I was told would be very comfortable, but only spiked me all over my feet and caused excruciating pain. I went in the store and Abby, started off by giving me a poor attitude, talking to me sarcastically and as though in disgust. She finally agreeed to swap out the shoes for another pair. The new pair was $*.** less than the one I purchase, but she refused to give me the difference in money or a gift card. In fact, she marked up the price of the cheaper shoes so as to not give back change. This is illegal! I am returning everything I purchased from this store. I don’t support stores that steal from their customers and who hire rude and nasty management. I am reporting this to the better business bureau.
