I was recently permanently banned on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare [redacted]. I understand the reason behind it. While switching from playing Minecraft with my friends and using the "Horion" mod menu, I mistakenly left it open when playing Call of Duty. This was an oversight, and I sincerely did not intend to cheat in Call of Duty. I kindly request a review of my case to show that the anti-cheat system detected the Minecraft mod menu and not any cheating in Call of Duty. A similar incident happened to my friend as well. I have invested significant time in MW, progressing through hours of gameplay, and losing it all due to a simple mistake would be devastating. Hello, I am having issues with my Battle.net account. After restarting my computer to play CoD:MW, I received a message stating that my account was permanently banned. I do not understand why this happened as I do not use hacks or cheats; I simply restarted my computer. I suspect that my account may have been hacked and used for cheating. I have checked for viruses on my computer and found some, but unfortunately, my virus log was overwritten and I cannot provide proof. I purchased the 'Call Of Duty Infinite Warfare' game, which came with a code for the season pass including 4 DLC packs, [redacted] salvage, and 10 rare supply drops. However, upon entering the code, I did not receive any of the promised items despite having just bought the game. I checked all the relevant sections in the game but found nothing. Upon exploring the store, I discovered that I needed to purchase the DLC pack for my Xbox One S, even though I had a valid code that should have granted me access. I made this purchase around 3 months ago, initially thinking it was a glitch. Despite researching online multiple times, sources assured me I should have received the items. I seek assistance in obtaining the DLC packs, salvage, crates, and other benefits from the code.

I recently bought Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Digital Version on the Microsoft Store for my Xbox One. However, the game is not showing up in my Owned Games or My Games and Apps, even though I was charged for it on my debit card. I contacted Xbox One Support and went through troubleshooting with two different technicians. We tried resetting my Xbox, removing and re-adding the account, and power cycling the console, but the game still isn't appearing. When I search for the game in the Microsoft Store, it initially shows as needing to be purchased, but then says I already own it when I click on "Buy." Trying to install it doesn't work either. I'd like to know how I can access the game I paid for, or if not, I would like a full refund. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Judah W. I am a long-time fan of the Call of Duty franchise and have been thoroughly enjoying the latest installment. Unfortunately, I am reaching out via email as I have been unable to find a solution to my issue through your website or other forums. The problem I am facing involves my account. Essentially, a family member used a separate Xbox Live account to create an Activision account to play the game, inadvertently causing my account to become unlinked from my Xbox Live. As a result, I lost all my progress, including purchased battle coins. Upon logging back in, I unknowingly created a new account set at level 1 when I tried to relink my account. I am unsure if I made an error or if my brother accidentally unlinked my account. I would greatly appreciate assistance in restoring my old account as I do not wish to start over, especially considering I have invested over fifty dollars in the game. If retrieving my old account is not feasible, I would like my new account to receive access to the battle pass, cosmetic items, and in-game currency that I purchased. I have reached out to your agents several times regarding my purchase of [redacted] CP on April 6th, but have not received any emails or replies since then. I would like a resolution for my CP or a refund. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and inability to address this issue, which was caused by Activision. I have been a loyal player since season 1, consistently purchasing season passes and additional COD points, yet I am unable to even receive a replyable email for my concerns. The initial agent, Karen C., and subsequent agents I have tried to contact have been unhelpful. They sent emails from a no-reply address, [redacted], and I did not even receive the feedback email promised after each session. Most recently, I spoke with an agent named Byron who assured me a supervisor would reach out soon. However, it has been days without any response. I recently disconnected my "Modern Warfare" account from my primary PlayStation to move it to my secondary account. However, when I attempted to reconnect it to my secondary PS4 account, it seemed to already have the information for that account. Despite having different email addresses and passwords for the two accounts, I ran into a problem when trying to switch the Activision account back to my primary PS4 account. It automatically linked to the secondary account without giving me the option to input my main PS4 account information. Currently, I am informed that I need to wait for 12 months before I can try to switch it again.

Today, like any other day, I was looking forward to playing some games in CoD multiplayer and Warzone. I've owned the game since its release. However, when I tried to start playing today, I was unexpectedly kicked out of the server and the game closed. Upon trying to reopen the game on Blizzard, I was shocked to find out that my account had been permanently blocked, as if I had been banned. I have never used cheats or inappropriate language. My gaming stats reflect that I am just an average player with a 0.94 rating who enjoys playing for fun rather than competition. I am requesting that my account be unlocked as I believe I was unfairly banned without any explanation provided. I have not received any notification detailing the reason for the ban, which I understand should have been sent via email. I have consistently played by the rules and have paid for the game as required.

I've been playing the full game of Modern Warfare on my Xbox using the disc since Christmas. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing issues with Ground War not working and most maps not loading properly. Ever since Warzone was released, I've been unable to play it as well because it gets stuck on the loading screen for looting and upgrading. Strangely, when I opened the game recently, it only recognized Warzone and prompted me to buy the full game, despite having the disc in my Xbox. I've attempted various fixes found online and reached out to Activision via email over two weeks ago but have not received a response. It's frustrating that I paid £50 for a game that doesn't function as expected.

It has come to our attention that many innocent gamers have been wrongly banned from the [redacted] game "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare" by Activision Publishing, Inc. These bans have been issued without explanation, affecting loyal fans who have not violated any rules. The lack of communication and support from Activision and its developer Infinity Ward has left many frustrated. As a dedicated Call of Duty player since [redacted], having purchased multiple game editions and in-game content, it's disheartening to face a permanent ban without warning. The recent "Ban Wave" has caused confusion among players, resulting in undeserved penalties. Despite attempts to seek clarification, the support team's responses have been unhelpful, stating that bans are final and not up for review. We deserve the opportunity to have our accounts reinstated or, at the very least, an explanation for the ban. While playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on PlayStation, I encountered an issue with using my clan tag due to profanity filters. After researching a solution online, I changed my username to "bamu," which allowed me to use a clan tag. However, when I tried to change my username back to "M_KNIGHT_11," it flagged it for profanity. I've been unable to resolve this with Activision despite multiple attempts, including waiting in long queues and ineffective support experiences. Today, I waited in a customer support queue for three hours only to be informed that chat support was offline when I reached second in line. I was banned in Modern Warfare [redacted] about 50 minutes ago. I have been playing this game since the beta and have invested a lot of money into it since then. I was playing normally all night without breaking any rules. However, after taking a break for half an hour and coming back online to play a round with a friend, we both got banned just 2 seconds before the game was about to start. I lost connection to the server, reconnected, and found out I was permanently excluded from the game. My friend got banned 5 minutes later too. I checked the Blizzard launcher for the ban reason as mentioned, but I never received an email explaining the cause. I did nothing wrong, spent a lot of money in the game, and now I'm confused why I was banned. I want to know why I got excluded, if there is a chance to get unbanned, and if not, what will happen to the money I've lost including the battle pass I purchased.

I am having trouble accessing my COD Mobile account. It was initially linked to my Facebook, then supposedly linked to another Activision account by a friend. Unfortunately, I can no longer log into that Facebook account, and the password reset options don't work with any emails I have or my friend's emails. I have proof of ownership and can provide details of friends from the game, and I recently made purchases on this account. I am willing to go to great lengths to recover access. My COD Mobile account name is LydWigVanBeeth. I hope I can share my evidence, Google Pay history, and make the switch to log in with an email and password instead of Facebook.

In Call of Duty Warzone, to unlock the Grau 5.56, you need to get 5 kills in a minute 25 times. I have achieved this 23 times but recently faced an issue where my progress did not update despite getting 7 kills in one minute and 6 kills in another. Today, after getting more kills, I leveled up and received a message that the Grau 5.56 was unlocked. However, when trying to equip it, I found that it was still locked at 23 times. I attempted to contact Activision for assistance but was unsuccessful. Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello COD Mobile team, I appreciate your active presence and hope to get a response. I am encountering an issue with the WARZON coin rewards. Despite downloading and playing Warzone on my PC, linking my Activision account, and completing the training, I have not received the coins. Ghost is my favorite character, and although I am typically a free-to-play user, my brother gifted me the battle pass during quarantine. I linked my account initially and even reinstalled the game and relinked my Activision ID to try to resolve the missing coin problem, all to no avail. I eagerly waited during the first event, followed instructions online about the potential delay, but sadly, the coin did not appear. I raised the matter through Activision support channels without success. Playing COD Mobile is my main pastime, but missing out on rewards like this feels unjust. Participating in the Call Of Duty Mobile Championship has been challenging due to various issues. When I join ranked matches, the absence of support and communication from my teammates leads to frustration. Additionally, there are times when the game doesn't allow me to use my microphone, making it difficult to coordinate with others. Despite being at the Master 3 level and giving my best effort to qualify, the lack of teamwork hinders my progress. Despite consistently being the MVP or in the top three in each game, I still faced obstacles. I want to inform the community that there is a second chance for players who didn't qualify initially. In mid-[redacted], I enjoyed playing CODM on my Android device until the end of the year. I had a great account with all the progress from Season 1 Battle Pass, Halloween cartwheel skins, and other cosmetics. Unfortunately, in December, I lost my phone and couldn't retrieve it. Now, using a different device, I am unable to access my previous account. Initially, I played as a guest and later linked it to a new Facebook account. Subsequently, I linked it to Google Play Games. Despite trying to log in through these methods, I'm unsuccessful. I request your assistance in recovering my account, as I have made considerable investments in it. I've been struggling with sleep issues, and last night at around 4 am, I woke up unable to fall back asleep. I decided to play COD Modern Warfare, only to discover that my account was permanently banned. I'm unsure why this happened since they don't provide a reason. I reviewed the Blizzard In-Game code of conduct, and as far as I know, I haven't violated any rules. I changed my account password just in case, haven't altered my username recently, and I never engage in toxic behavior. Cheating or hacking is something I never do because I believe it ruins the game for everyone else.
