We recently bought the disc version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare for our friend's birthday and had it delivered to their house during lockdown. The problem arose when our friend installed the game and found that only Warzone was available. Despite having the full version on disc purchased from GAME, they were prompted to buy the multiplayer and campaign again. We are disappointed by this issue and have already uninstalled and reinstalled all versions of Call of Duty twice without success. We seek advice on resolving this matter as it is frustrating to encounter this problem after making a purchase. We appreciate any guidance to fix this issue. Stay safe during these challenging times.

I forgot my PS Plus password and the one for my email address. I am unable to receive a new password from the email address. Dealing with 'web.de' is a nightmare, and I am currently locked out of my account on the console, meaning my PS Plus subscription is gone for a few months. Since my account is linked with an Activision account, I cannot access it through another profile. What should I do now? I can't log out since I forgot my PlayStation Network details.

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my Call of Duty: Modern Warfare game. I'm playing on PS4, and it's displaying my location as New Orleans, Louisiana instead of Rhode Island, where I actually live. This discrepancy is affecting the game quality, causing lag and other issues. I have been trying to reach Activision for two days without success, only receiving automated responses. I need help changing the location settings in Call of Duty to reflect my actual whereabouts or refreshing the location to resolve this problem. Three months ago, I purchased a game for my HP Omen 15 gaming laptop and my main account, which was at level 80+, got permanently banned. Despite having an average KD, I was upset and searched for solutions online. I created a new account after changing my IP and played a match successfully in Warzone. However, when I tried to play again after dinner, the matchmaking ping went from 25ms to 5000ms, and I couldn't join a game no matter what I tried, even changing IPs again. I fear I might be shadowbanned or something is wrong with my gaming PC or Xbox controller. Can someone please help me with this issue? 😞

I am trying to recover my Call of Duty Mobile account under the username ĶillaQueen, which was originally a guest account. Due to a recent software update on my mobile device, I lost half of my data, including apps, games, photos, and videos. Despite numerous attempts on various platforms to seek help, I have not been successful in recovering the account. Although the account still appears active when searched by name, I am unable to use the name as it shows as 'already taken.' I am experiencing significant issues with your game that are impacting my gameplay. Hackers are able to prevent me from reporting them, the audio quality is subpar, and the servers are unreliable. Despite putting in the effort to complete challenges for unlocks like the akimbo snake shot, bruen mk9, and crossbow, the game does not record my progress correctly. There was an instance where I unlocked the bruen mk9 only to have all progress erased the next day. Challenges reset daily without reason, which is frustrating as I have to redo them multiple times. I request to receive the unlocked weapons or be compensated with [redacted],[redacted] cod points for the time wasted. The current state of the game is unacceptable, and I will not invest in future titles unless these issues are addressed promptly. Warzone also presents problems with glitches and unresponsive gameplay. I have experienced instances where my actions are not registered correctly, leading to unfair disadvantages. These ongoing issues have made the game unplayable, and I seek a resolution from the developers.

Hello, I was playing Call of Duty Warzone with a squad of four people. My gamer tag is Pacito12, and the people I was playing with are Beefy Clappers, DebasedCurrency, and Harplanozil. We won a game of Warzone, but at the end, my game froze on a black screen, and I did not receive credit for the win. The records show I have 5 wins, but I should have 6. On May 9th, I opened the Battle.net launcher to start Call of Duty. After an update, the game prompted me to log in to an Activision account, which I didn't recall creating for Call of Duty Modern Warfare. Despite attempting both of my emails and various passwords, none worked. Thinking Battle.net had my details, I linked it to a new Activision account and tried the "forgot password" option with my emails, but no accounts were found. Assuming my data was stored in Battle.net, I created a new Activision account. Upon playing, I discovered that I was only level one with none of my previous in-game purchases. My Activision ID is bsimbro#[redacted].

I've been struggling to log in to my COD WZ account for about a week now. Despite trying various methods and attempting to contact support with no success - no response, no email - I finally managed to log in, only to discover that my account has been banned. This came as a shock because I've been playing this game since its release and have invested a lot of time in it. I suspect that I may have been banned due to recording and live streaming the game on YouTube. A friend of mine is facing a similar issue but hasn't heard anything back either. I purchased the UDT Ghost bundle for Modern Warfare and didn't encounter issues initially. However, after my console experienced a crash, I noticed Ghost was locked in the operators section, despite having the Mandible skin equipped. I carefully documented the problem with videos and screenshots. After rebooting the console, I discovered that not only was Ghost skin missing, but also the Jawbone, Mandible, and Last Breath skins. I possess evidence in the form of videos to verify my ownership of the skins. I urge Activision to promptly reinstate the missing skins to my account to resume gameplay. Reaching out to their customer service has been challenging as they always appear occupied, even during non-peak hours.

After receiving a refund for a misleading purchase, my CP balance is now -[redacted]. I initially bought [redacted] CP for the H.E. Tracer pack, thinking it contained the tracers, but they did not work as expected. I had [redacted] CP from previous purchases and Battle Pass rewards. When I asked for a refund for the [redacted] CP, I received the money back instead of the pack. So, I got my $20 back, lost [redacted] CP, and now have a balance of -[redacted] CP. I have attempted to contact customer support, but the chat has been consistently busy for weeks.

Since I started playing Modern Warfare on Xbox, I've had a great experience. Recently, I transitioned to playing on a gaming PC using an Xbox controller. Unfortunately, I've encountered an issue where my ping reaches over 350ms when searching for a match, and when I do get into a game, there are only 30-40 players, many of whom seem to be cheating. After researching, I found out about a shadow ban for cheaters placing them in separate lobbies. I've never cheated, but suspect some software on my PC might be triggering this. I use an autohotkey process for shortcuts, unrelated to the game. Even after disabling it, the issue persists on my PC, while my Xbox play remains unaffected. I've noticed some issues with my game account that have become problematic during a recent tournament. I got disconnected from a match, which resulted in an undeserved loss. Also, it seems like I was consistently paired with underperforming players in the tournament despite being at the same skill level as them. Throughout the whole tournament, I encountered several strange occurrences, such as being shot through walls and dying after successfully escaping an encounter. My weapon doesn't seem to deal the expected amount of damage either, leading to frustrating situations where I don't register hits despite hitting opponents more than enough times. I initially thought the game crashed, so I uninstalled it and then installed it again. I noticed that there's an issue between logging in with Facebook and as a guest in Call of Duty. Even though I'm an existing user, after entering my username and password, a white page appears for a long time. Then a captcha prompt appears, asking to confirm I'm not a robot by answering questions like identifying traffic signals. Once I answered them correctly, it still shows a captcha error and asks me to try again later. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

While playing Infinite Warfare Zombies (Beast from Beyond) on my PC, the game crashed, leaving me stuck on a black screen. I have recently been unfairly banned from my favorite game, which I play every day and create content for. While attempting to achieve the Damascus camo with friends, I encountered an error message prompting me to quit the game and restart. To my surprise, upon doing so, I discovered I had been banned without reason. I do not use any cheats on my PC and have been a dedicated player since the game's release.
