This has not been addressed at all by Activision, all they say is ‘When I have fixed it tell them’?!

My COD mobile account reset and I lost all the progress and money I had spent ... I’ve lost all progress on COD mobile and I have spent €***s on this game, I am extremely angry at annoyed at this, and as also an avid PS* player enjoying multiple COD games, this is shocking.
They have not addressed the fact that I lost all the money I spent and the sparrow bow I got at Halloween, I have screen shots and emails of proof of purchase of money spent on cod mobile
I would either like my old account reinstated or refunded so I can start another COD mobile account, also I would like to get my Sparrow bow back.
I enjoy all the COD games on my PS* and have spent lots obtaining good guns, I particularly enjoy COD WW*.
