Get a pair as in ordered that gone correct! ... I pre ordered Modern Warfare Dark Edition and it came scuffed up it something around the binocular eye pieces and I don't know who to contact or how?
I'm literally have been back and forth between Activision and GameStop and I keep getting passed back and forth! Activision tells me there's not much they can do but they're looking into it GameStop said there's absolutely nothing they can do and it's Activision's problem so I pay all this money for a limited edition faulty piece of equipment and that's how I get treated!
I quite honestly almost want my money back! This wasn't cheap I'm literally living paycheck-to-paycheck but I love your game so much it's literally the only game I ever play now! I mean when you're being passed back and forth like a cheap w**** from one business to another it's really aggravating especially one one saying it's not their problem even though I bought it from them and the other is saying there's nothing that they think they can do about it even though they're the ones that had offered it!
I'm patient to a certain extent! I've been a customer for * years now and unfortunately there's been issues in the past that were never resolved with loot box issues and I let those go but know there's a problem with my world war II statue when I got it when that came out and now there's a problem with the night vision goggles and I'm not being quite about this!
I have tried calling GameStop I've tried calling corporate GameStop and it's the same results you need to contact Activision we just sell the product they shipped it to us. Then I contact Activision took me almost a week to finally do you get somebody to chat with me wait no for days from the day I brought my pre-order on the **th of October then it's back and forth with them until I finally get told to please be patient but they really don't think there's anything they can do! Now is a customer and working in the customer service satisfaction industry this is downright despicable and really is gut-wrenching to see how a customer buying the high-end equipment by the way is being thrown to the side. But I bet I got it by the $** game minute he has an issue there helping him out right away!!!
