I just recently had an alarm on my home system. the key to the panel had fallen inside. we called for assistance. the person on the phone was not helpful, just kept referring to the key. so my wife asked if someone could at least come out and shut off the noise until someone could come out and repair whatever the problem was tomorrow. we were told that if someone came out today it would cost almost *** dollars. who has that at these times we are facing? I don't appreciate being treated this way after all the years I have been paying ackerman. so I want to discontinue my services as of right now. I could have chosen another company with better pricing and service , but I stayed with your company. This is a shame.
