I am an existing Ackerman customer for a couple of years. There has been a billing problem for some time. I talked to a representative named Judy on March **, **** and she was very helpful and resolved the ussue to some degree but there is still an issue. *The property in question is **** Reading Blvd. West Lawn, Pa. ***** and my name is Robert Keiser. *The remaining issue is that when the account was switched over from the previous customer the billing still charged the amount ($**.**) from the previous service AND the new amount $**.** for the new service upgrades. This continued from the initial installation until ********** when Judy resolved the doulble billing. *My question now is what about the ** months of charges of the $**.**?
