Dear Sir, Madam**I am utterly disappointed in my Laptop I purchased from you. This is a high end gaming laptop and for it to fail just * months outside of warranty is really upsetting and hurtful. This is my daughters laptop and has never left her room , so for the motherboard to fail (confirmed by Best Buy and Micro Centre) is incredibly disappointing. She uses this for school and virtual learning and now has nothing.**Furthermore, when does a laptop fail after ** months? For a $*** purchase, this should not happen ever. Im asking you to either fix the problem or at least let me purchase extended warranty to get if fixed even though that window has closed.**Thank you,**James Storr Brown
