I installed a * gb ram in my acer aspire e ** serial number: NXMN*SM*********BE**** but the bios or windows doesn’t detect it I have exchanged the * ram slots turns out it wasn’t a ram slot problem might be a ram problem but cpu z shows that it detects both rams please help
