Help with my Acer issue

I am, trying to use it like you use computers just no space ... to Acer Corp. **********My family bought me a acer laptop for Christmas and it has been very disappoint. It's S*N is NXGL*AA*************** and the SNID is ***********. I have call tech and customer support one tells me it is in full warrenty but that is just for guide thru help if I want them to actually take over my computer it cost extra The other lady told me it just don't have enough space left when windows ** is installed on it. Every thing I do on it I have to save on a external device. It is hard for me to amagiane that Acer would sell a computer with not enough space on it to use it *seem like most folks are using windows ** and I hate to down grade to lower version of windows just so it will work better and I would have to buy a older version It . It has **.* GB and all but *.** GB is used and I have very little little on it.*I would like for you to consider a exchange where I get a better one and holds more and I would sent this one to where you want it and you could bill me for what you think is fair.**thanks Dennis Hirschi **** West ***** North Tremonton, Utah *****
We bought it use and it would be a good unit
I would like to exchange it for larger unit so I could use it for a fair exchange price

I have called twice before to support with no results so I didn.t call them again today I new they would give me the same reply.
