My grandsons Acer Chromebook R** which was a Xmas gift last year ****. I also got the extended warranty on it. He broke the tip off the charger so I bought a charger from Best Buy where I got the Chromebook for $**.**. It worked out for about a month and quit charging. I took the laptop back to Best Buy to see if it was a internal problem and they said it was the wrong charger and said I could get the right one for another $**. Well I can't afford another charger and was not happy with their service after spending so much money with them and buying the extended warranty. My grandson is autistic with ADHD which causes him to have anger issues so he can be a little rough when he plugs in the charger. Can your company help us out since Best Buy won't?
