I lost my debit card so reported it lost then found it and I moved around the same time. I called and had to upload documents to verify but I moved in with a family member and I have no Bills that come in my name. They restricted my account my direct deposit is in the account and I can't log in to try to send it or moneygram it to receive my money that I work for and I have Bill's now past due I have * young children and I can't even buy food because I can't access my own money? They said it will be up to * days to verify my documents I sent photo ID and just had my address changed at my employer so I had to wait for a new pay stub with new address before I could even upload that. It has been a couple weeks this is costing me money because late fees on my Bills and I can't even provide for my children because the money I worked for is stuck in accountnow account. I sent the documents today like I said but my kids can't wait to eat. It will be up to * days to verify and then they will send my card so like ** days more I will lose my possessions and car be then. I just need my money right now I can't wait for the card I need the restriction taken off so I can log in and at least send the money by moneygram pr whatever I have * day and my phone will be disconnected from no payment and I have the money in the account and can't access it and accountnow customer service doesn't care at all they say they understand. No not at all let there * and * year old kids be hungry and they will I'm about to start losing things and I worked hard for my money that they say oh sorry have to wait. I'm sorry but I'm freaking out and need my own money they are keeping from me they know I am who I say I am I can answer any and all questions retaining yo me and my account so let me have access to my account PLEASE
