On June **, **** I had to contact the customer services because my account now card was restricted.* I was told I would have to be issued a new card and I requested a expidicted card in a * day period.* Dealing with a very difficult customer service rep because of their lack of good English I was told I had send in documents to the account now risk team and could not have a new card issued until a verification from that dept.* As of the date of this msg I have sent all documents and they were confirmed received and the funds $****.** that is being kept from my access pending a new card.* I need a new card NOW this whole issue has caused a financial hardship, negative issues with my creditors and late fees, damage to my overall credit.* If I have to request again that the new card be sent so the federal disability funds you are denying my access to which is a federal violation to the American disability acts I will.* Simple solution PLEASE SEND THE NEW CARD SO I MAY Have ACCESS TO MY MONIES.

How GetHuman-jmbyk fixed the problem
I contacted them everyday, I also contacted the card issuer everyday. I also changed my direct deposits to another account system with a different banking branch.
Please help with my AccountNow issue
