I purchased Wanna one World Tour Concert in Dallas at ********* in AXS, confirmation number is *******. And I responded the link to request the new tickets because the change of Venue to Verizon Theater. The new tickets should be delivered to me via email on *********, but I haven't received my new tickets. While other person has already received their new tickets. Why I haven't receive my ticketsPlease solve this issue as soon as possible!!!!!!
