The issue in GetHuman-jwhupe's own words
I called in and renewed my Direct TV a couple of months ago. At that time I was told that I could upgrade or downgrade my packages with no problem. At that time I was issued a $***month promotion for ** months. Well, I upgraded to Choice just a couple weeks ago and my bill increased $***! I called in to billing and after ** minutes I learned that there were prorated charges of $** (which I understand) and that my $** promotion disappeared and they couldn't do anything about putting it back on. I've been a customer for years and shouldn't have issues like this. I dread contacting Direct TV support as it always takes so long to get anything resolved. I'd be happy if I just get my promotion put back on my account. If that doesn't happen I'm sure to be checking out internet TV or another provider. (Justin Hupe Account * ending ****)
